Chapter I Project Overview

Section 2 Construction Conditions
The planned road on the north side of this project can be used as the construction road exit, and the road on the west side of Yangang New Village Community can be used as the pedestrian passage and vehicle passage in the office area. During the construction of this project, measures must be taken to ensure the safety of pedestrians on the road in Yangang New Village Community, ensure the standardization, standardization and institutionalization of the construction site, reduce the construction interference such as silt layer and noise, and maintain and establish a good image of the enterprise.
The third quarter time limit for a project requirements

The planned commencement date is March 20th, 2009, and the project department will start independent construction on February 6th, 2009. The completion time of this project is 2011July 15, and the total construction period is 845 days.
The fourth quarter management characteristics and overall requirements
This project adopts the management form of project management and project manager responsibility system to conduct comprehensive construction management of this project. The project manager is responsible for the implementation of all the contract contents for the demolition and resettlement of the complex building in Shenyang-Yanshan Second Passage, and is specifically responsible for organizing various resources to achieve the contract objectives within the time required by the construction unit.
Section 5 Construction Procedure and Overall Arrangement
I. Construction Procedures
The key control of this project is the structural construction, which is carried out reasonably and scientifically.
The key to ensure the smooth progress of the construction is to arrange the construction sequence, organize the flow and interpenetration of working procedures, and reduce the mutual interference between working procedures. In structural construction, the construction procedures are as follows:
According to the architectural layout and structural characteristics of this project, it is divided into two large flow sections, starting from the second floor of the basement, in which block B is the main construction line.
Each superstructure has 1 flow section, and the whole project is divided into two flow sections. The construction period of standard layer structure in each water section is 5 days, and the concrete pouring time is staggered.
Second, the overall arrangement of the construction organization
First the main body, then the enclosure, first the structure, then the decoration, and then the installation and coordination of civil works.
Chapter II Construction Progress Plan
The first section construction site plan
My project department has compiled a detailed construction progress plan. For details, please refer to the Resettlement and Resettlement Progress Plan of Shen Yan Second Passage Complex.
The planned commencement date is March 20th, 2009, and the basement floor cushion construction will start from June 5438+February, 2009. The completion time of this project is 2011July 15, and the total construction period is 845 days.
My project department formulates the corresponding time limit for each division as follows:

After the elevator is installed in the basement roof structure, it is planned to be completed on June 20, 20 10. After the construction of exterior wall paint is completed, it is planned to start dismantling on June 25th, 20 1 1 year.
After the structure of Zone B 10 is completed, the derrick will be installed. The installation is planned to be completed on September 20th, 20 10, and the external wall paint will be removed after it is completed. It is planned to be June 20th, 2010/year.

Chapter VI Safety and Risk Prevention of Mechanical Equipment
A, tower crane safety and risk prevention and requirements
1 H3/36B tower crane is adopted in this project, and the boom of the tower crane is 60m long, and the rotary range includes Yangang New Village, residential road, living area and office area. The following measures should be taken to ensure safety.
1. Set the rotary limit (including voice alarm) to control the crane boom to enter Yangang New Village.
2. When the front arm of the tower crane enters the residential road, a voice-activated prompting device is set to strengthen the lookout and command to avoid the lifting objects from entering the road section.
3. When the front arm of the tower crane enters the living area, set up a voice-activated prompt device to strengthen the lookout and command, and try to avoid lifting objects from entering the area.
4. The foundation of this project is pile foundation with complicated geological conditions. The tower crane pile foundation is designed according to the technical parameters of the tower crane provided by the manufacturer, and steel bars and embedded parts are installed to ensure a solid foundation.
Other considerations are as follows:
1. Before installation and disassembly, we must carefully study the operation plan, divide the work in strict accordance with the erection procedures, and conduct unified command.
2, tower crane installation must ensure the stability of the installation process under various conditions, must use special bolts, shall not be arbitrarily substituted.
3. The arrangement and spacing of the wall parts attached to the tower crane shall comply with the provisions of the manual.
4. The tower crane must be installed with safety devices such as lifting moment limiter, lifting weight limiter, amplitude limiter, lifting height limiter and rotation limiter in accordance with the current national standard Safety Regulations for Tower Cranes (GB5 144) and specifications.
5. In order to prevent accidents, the tower crane must be installed and disassembled by a qualified professional team, and the driver must hold relevant certificates. After the installation is completed, it will be put into use after passing the acceptance by the special equipment safety testing center of the Technical Supervision Bureau or the safety supervision station of the Construction Management Bureau, and make a good record.
6. When the tower crane driver operates, he must operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and illegal operation is not allowed. "Ten Don't Hang" must be strictly implemented. Before operation, there must be safety technical disclosure records and signature procedures.
7, tower crane installation, jack-up, demolition must first prepare the construction plan, approved by the project chief engineer.
8, all scaffolder must hold relevant certificates, ten wear personal protective equipment, construction in strict accordance with the plan, completes the tower crane node installation, to prevent the collapse of the shelf.
Second, the elevator safety and risk prevention and requirements
1. During the installation, it is absolutely forbidden to use the elevator with the installer.
2. To drive the hanging cage to run, the button box or operation box must be moved to the top of the hanging cage for manipulation, and manipulation is not allowed in the hanging cage.
3, wind speed > is not allowed; 13m/s and severe weather conditions such as lightning and rainstorm.
4. When using the installation boom set at the top of the hanging cage for installation, the maximum lifting weight of the boom is 200KG, and overloading is not allowed. The load of the hanging cage is also not allowed to exceed the rated installation load.
5. No one is allowed to be under the rotating crane.
6. When the hanger is installed on the derrick, the hanging cage shall not be started.
7. When the hanging cage is running, the head, hands and transported objects of personnel are absolutely not allowed to extend out of the hanging cage guardrail.
8, unless the total power supply has been completely cut off, otherwise can't let anyone in the fence on the ground, on the top of the fence or leaning on the fence, and in the elevator passage, rail frame column and wall frame and other unsafe places.
9. Unless the misoperation prevention switch of the additional button box is turned to the stop position or the emergency stop button on the operation box has been pressed, the installation work shall not be carried out at the top of the hanging cage.
10. Any incompetent personnel are not allowed to do electrical wiring work, and the power supply must be cut off during this work.
1 1. Do not drive the hanging cage until all the connecting bolts are completely fastened and the lifting appliance is removed from the newly installed standard joint.
(2) Safety measures for elevator operation
1, wind speed >; 20m/s, don't operate the elevator.
2. Do not operate the elevator before confirming the "daily safety inspection" and "maintenance and repair".
3, hanging cage load and the number of passengers are not allowed to exceed the rating specified on the sign.
4, can't let the goods beyond the hanging cage. When the joint is added, the suspender set at the top of the hanging cage should be removed.
5, in addition to the driver, the cab is not allowed to carry other people or goods.
6, ensure that all protection and safety devices can work normally, otherwise the elevator shall not run.
7. Confirm that there are no obstacles and personnel in the hanging cage and heavy passage before operating the elevator.
8. When the elevator is running in the cage, no one is allowed to be at the top of the cage.
9, found fault or endanger the safety of the situation, should immediately report to the site safety director; Don't operate the elevator until the fault and the situation endangering safety are eliminated.
(3) Other safety requirements
1. Before installing the elevator, the installer must carry out strict visual inspection on the installed parts, and the parts damaged during storage, transportation and installation must be repaired or replaced.
2. After the foundation of the elevator is poured, the elevator can only be installed after the concrete reaches 80% strength, and the installation usually takes 7-8 days.
3, the construction of elevator operators must be trained, have a license, elevator listing clear specialist is responsible for the operation, the elevator must be formulated in the process of using safety technical operation procedures, put signs and warning signs in eye-catching parts.
4. When the elevator is installed, take the elevator as the center, set a warning zone with a radius of 10 meter, enclose the warning zone with ropes, and hang signs, and be guarded by full-time security officers, and other personnel are not allowed to enter.
5, elevator installation should have professional and technical personnel present, installation personnel should be trained and show certificates.
6. After the elevator is installed, it shall be inspected and accepted in strict accordance with the specifications, and the test report shall be submitted. It can only be used after it is accepted by the competent department. In the process of use, we should operate in accordance with safety regulations and strengthen management.
7. After the elevator is installed, it shall be accepted by the relevant departments and meet the safety requirements before it can be put into use.
8, the elevator must carry out daily safety inspection and regular inspection and test.
9, elevator operators should abide by the job responsibilities, strictly abide by the job, after stopping work, should put the hanging cage on the ground, pull down the electric knife, lock the electric box, and leave the post after ensuring safety.
10, installation and driving personnel must strictly abide by the safety regulations for aerial work, that is, wear safety helmet and safety belt, and wear non-slip shoes.
Three. Derrick safety and risk prevention and requirements
1. Except one side near the floor, three sides of the derrick must be covered with safety nets.
2. Before installing the derrick, the installer must conduct strict visual inspection on the installation site and repair or replace the damaged parts during storage, transportation and installation.
3, the operator must be trained, using hanging cage, automatic tipping bucket, hoist electric operating system, etc. , must be familiar with its operating procedures to ensure safe production.
4. It is forbidden to carry people into the hanging cage. No one is allowed to enter the steel pipe derrick when the hanging cage or skip is running or parked in the floor gap. Safety regulations must be strictly observed.
5, must set up reliable safety stop device and broken rope protection device.
6. The hanging basket should be provided with a safety door to prevent materials from falling during transportation. Double-layer superelevation limiting device should be installed at the top of the derrick to make the hanging basket play a role in limiting power failure.
7, all circuit equipment and circuit installation should comply with the specification requirements.
8, derrick installation, demolition, should set up a warning zone, warning zone with guide rail as the center, the radius of 10 meters, and set up rope loops, hanging signs, supervised by full-time security officer, other people are not allowed to enter the site.
9, derrick installation, demolition should have professional and technical personnel present, installation, demolition personnel should be trained and show certificates.
10. After the derrick is installed, the inspection and test report shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications, and it can only be used after it is accepted by the competent department. In the process of use, we should operate according to the specifications and strengthen management.
