Operation flow of liquefied gas compressor

Loading and unloading process of 25t LPG tank car

I. Preparatory work

1. Guide the tanker to stop at the loading and unloading platform. After the driver pulls down the brake and turns off the car engine, he puts anti-skid blocks on the wheels.

2. Check the inspection list of liquefied petroleum gas, check the liquid level, pressure and temperature of tank car and receiving tank, and check whether there is any leakage at the joint of loading and unloading valve and flange.

3. Connect the electrostatic grounding wire, remove the quick-assembly connector cover, connect the gas-liquid hose of the loading and unloading platform with the gas-liquid hose of the tank car, open the air valve, exhaust the air in the hose with liquefied petroleum gas in the station, and close the air release valve.

4. Use the manual hydraulic pump to open the emergency cut-off valve of the tank car. After hearing the opening noise, slowly open the ball valve.

Second, the normal loading and unloading procedures

1, unloading operation of liquefied petroleum gas compressor

① Gas phase system: open the valve from the gas phase outlet pipe of the receiving storage tank to the inlet pipe of the compressor; Open the valve from the compressor outlet pipe to the gas phase pipe of the tank car.

② Liquid phase system: open the valve from the liquid phase pipe of the tanker to the liquid inlet pipe of the receiving tank.

③ Inform the operator to start the compressor.

(4) When the gas pressure of the tanker is 0.2 MPa ~ 0.3 MPa higher than that of the receiving tank, the liquid will flow from the tanker to the receiving tank. When the liquid level of the tank car approaches zero, inform the compressor operator to stop in time, close the valve from the liquid phase pipe of the tank car to the liquid inlet pipe of the receiving tank, close the valve from the gas phase outlet pipe of the receiving tank to the liquid inlet pipe of the compressor, and close the valve from the gas phase pipe of the compressor outlet pipe to the tank car.

⑤ Open the valve from the gas phase outlet pipe of the tank car to the compressor inlet pipe, and open the valve from the compressor outlet to the gas phase inlet pipe of the receiving storage tank, and inform the operator to start the compressor to recover the gas in the tank car. Stop when the tank car pressure reaches ~ ~0.2MPa, and close the above valves.

⑥ Turn off the tanker emergency cut-off valve. After pressure relief, remove the hose and electrostatic grounding wire, cover the quick connector cover, and take out the anti-skid block. Move the tanker away and the unloading operation will be over.

⑦ Fill in the operation record form as required.

2, liquefied petroleum gas compressor with load operation

① Gas phase system: open the valve from the gas phase pipe of the tank car to the inlet pipe of the compressor; Open the valve from the compressor outlet pipe to the gas phase inlet pipe of the liquid outlet tank.

② Liquid phase system: open the valve from the liquid phase pipe of the tanker to the liquid outlet pipe of the liquid outlet tank.

③ Inform the operator to start the compressor.

(4) When the gas pressure in the tank is 0.2 MPa ~ 0.3 MPa higher than that in the tank car, the liquid flows from the tank car to the tank car. When the tank car level reaches the maximum allowable filling level, the compressor operator should be informed to stop in time, and the liquid outlet valve of the tank car and the liquid outlet pipe valve of the liquid outlet tank should be closed.

⑤ Close the valve from the gas phase pipe of the tank car to the compressor inlet pipe, and close the valve from the compressor outlet pipe to the gas phase inlet pipe of the liquid outlet tank. Shut down the tanker and emergency cut-off valve. After pressure relief, remove the hose and electrostatic grounding wire, cover the quick connector cover, and take out the anti-skid block. Move the tanker away and the loading operation will be over.

6. Fill in the operation records as required.

3, liquefied petroleum gas pump unloading operation

① Gas phase system: open the gas phase valve of the tank car to the gas phase pipeline valve of the receiving tank.

② Liquid phase system: open the valve from the tank car liquid phase valve to the pump inlet pipeline; Open the valve from the pump outlet to the liquid inlet line of the receiving tank.

(3) Inform the operator to start the liquefied petroleum gas pump.

(4) The liquid flows out of the tank car and flows to the receiving tank after being pressurized by the pump. When the tank car liquid level approaches zero, notify the operator to stop the pump, close the valve from the tank car gas phase valve to the gas phase pipeline of the receiving tank, close the valve from the tank car liquid phase valve to the pump inlet pipe, and close the valve from the pump outlet to the liquid inlet pipe of the receiving tank. Close the emergency cut-off valve of the tank car, remove the hose and electrostatic grounding wire after pressure relief, cover the quick-assembly joint cover, and take out the anti-skid block. Move the tanker away and the unloading operation will be over.

(5) Fill in the operation records as required.

4, liquefied petroleum gas pump loading operation

① Gas phase system: open the valve from the gas phase valve of the tank car to the gas phase pipeline of the liquid outlet tank.

② Liquid phase system: open the valve from the liquid phase outlet of the liquid outlet tank to the pump inlet pipeline; Open the valve from the pump outlet to the tank car liquid pipeline.

(3) Inform the operator to start the liquefied petroleum gas pump.

(4) The liquid flows out of the liquid outlet tank and flows to the tanker after being pressurized by the pump. When the tank car level reaches the maximum allowable filling level, notify the operator to stop the pump, close the valve from the tank car gas phase valve to the liquid tank gas phase pipeline, close the valve from the liquid tank outlet to the pump inlet pipeline, and close the valve from the pump outlet to the tank car liquid phase pipeline. Close the emergency cut-off valve of the tank car, remove the hose and electrostatic grounding wire after pressure relief, cover the quick-assembly joint cover, and take out the anti-skid block. Move the tanker away and the unloading operation will be over.

(5) Fill in the operation records as required.

Third, patrol inspection:

1, check whether the liquid flow direction of unloading operation and loading operation is correct.

2. Observe whether the pressure, liquid level and temperature of the tank car and storage tank are abnormal.

3, check the compressor gas-liquid separator, there should be no liquid or liquid level below the safe position.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) matters needing attention

1. Check the liquid level of the gas-liquid separator of the compressor, and drain it in time if there is liquid accumulation.

2. When loading and unloading the tank car, the driver and the escort must be present, and cooperate with the pump and storage tank operators to do a good job of loading and unloading. At the same time, we should pay attention to the stability of the tanker and the abnormal phenomena such as pipeline leakage.

3, homework and hose pressure relief, are not allowed to start the car and honk.

4. Operators should wear gloves when operating, and the valves must be closed when loading and unloading hoses, and the nozzles are not allowed to be directed at people to prevent frostbite by liquefied petroleum gas.

5. In case of thunderstorm, open flame and nearby fire, abnormal unloading pressure, large pressure difference without liquid flow or liquid level drop, equipment and hose failure, and safety accessories failure, the unloading operation should be stopped immediately.

6. The residual pressure of the tank car after unloading should be no less than 0. 1MPa, and the residual liquid in the tank should be no less than 5% of the maximum filling capacity.

7. Before leaving the unloading platform, the driver must check that the valves in the loading and unloading operation box of the tank car have been closed and all accessories have been completely separated from the tank car.

Six, abnormal emergency stop processing procedures

1, if any abnormal situation is found, the loading and unloading operation must be stopped immediately.

2, must immediately close the tanker gas, liquid emergency cut-off valve and gas station related valves, cut off the gas source.

3. If a large amount of leaked liquefied petroleum gas is found, immediately call the police "1 19" and cut off all fire and heat sources.

4. If there is a fire due to the leakage of liquefied petroleum gas, on the premise of ensuring the safety of personnel, we should try to cut off the gas source of liquefied petroleum gas, put out the fire with a fire extinguisher, and cool the tank car and storage tank with fire water to control the further expansion of the accident.
