Pe50 pipeline cannot be installed without water. Why?

(1) A newly installed PE pipeline frequently burst and leaked after three months of water supply. After inspection, PE pipes and fittings are not supplied by the same manufacturer, and some are not produced by the same manufacturer in the same batch, so the chemical properties are inconsistent, and many hot welding joints are not firmly bonded.

(2) In a pe pipe reconstruction site, due to the influence of freezing rain, snow and Spring Festival travel rush peak, PE pipes could not arrive at the site, and various PE pipes in stock were urgently called for emergency repair. After the water was supplied, many joints of the pipeline leaked continuously, which caused great losses to the construction unit and the owner. Afterwards, it was found out that the reason for the water leakage was the mixing of PE pipes from different manufacturers.

(3) In autumn, a newly installed PE pipe burst vertically immediately after passing through the water. After investigation, the PE pipe was stored in the open air, and after a summer of high temperature exposure, it deteriorated and became brittle, and its quality deteriorated.
