Traffic restriction: motor vehicles with two license plates (including temporary ones) with tail numbers (the tail numbers are English letters, whichever is the last one) are restricted daily, Monday 1 and 6, Tuesday 2 and 7, Wednesday 3 and 8, Thursday 4 and 9, and Friday 5 and 0.
