An alarmist is a metaphor for unfounded and unnecessary worries.

"Worrying about nothing" is often used to ridicule those who worry about things that don't have to worry about. It is good to have a sense of being prepared for danger in times of peace, but there is no need to worry too much about things that cannot be changed or are unlikely to happen. When dealing with things, we should hold an optimistic and positive attitude and think positively. Pay attention to psychological balance and don't bother yourself.
