Neptune Island is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province.

Haiwang Jiudao is a national island forest park, a provincial-level scenic spot and a municipal-level key tourist attraction, which belongs to the natural landscape protection zone in Wang Jiazhen, zhuanghe city, Dalian.
