How can my world eliminate the weather change?

In the 1.6.X version, click ESC and a panel will pop up. Click the video settings, and there is an "Other" in it. Just turn off the weather.

If you don't have this option, you can use TMI to turn off the weather, or you can use this command: /weather clear.
