6. Activity preparation

1. Divide all applicants into 7 groups based on family units (see attachment 1)

VII. Activity Arrangement

7. 12:10-13:10: Kite flying competition (for families), depending on the weather conditions of the day.

8. 13:10-14:10: Family head-on relay race (in groups).

9. 14:10-14:30: Competition awarding activities and organizing activities before leaving the venue.

8. Safety Measures

1. Convene some parent committee meetings to clarify their respective responsibilities.

2. Strengthen safety education for children before and after activities.
