What is disastrous weather?

Interpretation 1: disastrous weather poses a serious threat to people's lives and property, and causes great losses to industry, agriculture and transportation. Such as gale, rainstorm, hail, tornado, cold wave, frost, rain and fog. Can occur in different seasons, generally sudden.

Interpretation 2: Weather that endangers people's lives and property, life and production activities, resources and environment. It mainly includes drought, rainstorm, strong wind, tropical cyclone, sandstorm, hail, cold wave and strong cold air activity, frost, snowfall and fog.
