Must-see places around Beijing

With the collapse of flowers in the city, green summer clothes have been draped over the shoulders of trees. It's getting hotter and hotter, and people should start thinking about where to play in the water and enjoy the cool. So, are there any interesting places around Beijing? Let's have a look.

Shuiquangou is a good place to play around Beijing.

Shuiquangou is a route that outdoor people in Beijing admire in recent years. It is a small canyon at the junction of Huairou District, Changping District and Yanqing County. The high cliffs are steep, the wild trees are dense, and the streams bend gently for three to five kilometers. Due to the ancient geological movement, the boulder rolling down the ditch bottom was washed round and strange by running water. Later, outdoor hikers in Beijing discovered such a primitive and secret place with good scenery, and designed a primary field crossing route effortlessly. It is precisely because this route is not difficult, there are mountains and waters, and it has not been developed into a scenic spot, so it has quickly become an alternative weekend resort for Beijing urbanites.

Surroundings: Huanghuacheng Water Great Wall, Taoyuan Xiangu, Baihe Canyon, etc.

Address: Wilderness between Xiangtun Village, Shuiquangou Village and Wang Quan Gou Village, Dazhuangke Township, Yanqing County.

Transportation: The most suitable transportation mode for hiking and walking on ice in Shuiquangou is chartered car. Because the hiking route does not turn back, you have to go back to pick up the car if you drive by car, so it is recommended to take a bus and charter a car. Deshengmen No.345 gets off at Changping South Street, then chartered to Shuiquangou Village (or Wang Quan Gouqiao), and agreed to meet at Wang Quan Gouqiao (or Shuiquangou Village) in the evening. It's about 30 kilometers from Changping to Shuiquangou, and the price of chartered bus (plane) is about 80 yuan (one way), which can take six people.

Baihe River Canyon

Starting from Baihebao Reservoir in Yanqing, all the way through Qianjiadian Baili Gallery in Yanqing, through numerous reed forests, to Huairou, and finally to Miyun Reservoir, there is no pollution all the way, because Baihe Basin is a water source protection area in Beijing, so you can take your children at ease and have fun in the water. Because there are few people in this canyon, there is no danger, so children can take off their clothes and go into the water at will!

There are three good nodes on this line: First, the upstream of Baihebao Reservoir is already in Chicheng, Hebei Province, where the water flow and grass beach are particularly eye-catching in the valley, and even some cattle and horses graze leisurely on the grass beach, and the scenery is very beautiful. The second is the section of Qianjiadian Baili Gallery in Yanqing, where the river flows through reeds and Woods. The river is full of wild ducks and other waterfowl, and dragonflies of all colors are waving beautiful wings on the water. The highlight is August-September. Qiandian Sunflower Sea has just opened. The golden sunflowers are in sharp contrast with the green valleys, making it a good place for photography. Three, Huairou Qingshiling Village section of the White Crane Gorge. Not only is the water just deep, but the cool water flows through the mountain stream, which is very charming. In addition to playing with water, you can also set up a stove for a picnic in the Woods, or rent a raft for rafting.
