With the consent of Yueyang Municipal Government and the approval of the airspace control department, Yueyang Film Office will carry out artificial precipitation enhancement for air pollution prevention and control with the purpose of "defending the blue sky". The announcement is as follows:

1. Operation period: 2021September1-2021February 3 1. Artificial precipitation can be implemented at any time during the period.

2. Work area: Yueyang Tower District, Yueyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanhu New District, Yunxi District and Junshan District. Meixi, Kang Wang, Lanqiao, Fengyushan, Hua Shuang Reservoir, Jianxin, Yinjiapu and Huangnitao are 8 operating points, and the villages and towns around the operating points may be affected by the operation.

Third, the operation equipment: "BFJCZ4- 1 rocket launching system, BL- 1A rain-increasing and hail-suppression rocket.

Fourth, matters needing attention:

1. The artificial precipitation enhancement operation site is a high-risk place, and irrelevant personnel are prohibited from entering the operation warning zone. Governments at all levels and public security departments in the operation area are requested to actively cooperate with the security work.

2. When duds are found in the artificial precipitation enhancement operation site and the affected area, the relevant parties shall not approach them at will, and it is strictly forbidden to dispose of them without authorization. They should immediately report to the local government or the Municipal Meteorological Bureau and help protect the scene of the accident.
