Second, the training of howling. In the last step, we have mastered our crazy shallowness, but the screaming of shallowness may be different for everyone. Here we should unify him and teach everyone how to scream crazily.

1 Breathing training: slightly open your mouth, inhale and exhale quickly through your mouth, and inhale and exhale gradually, and the time lasts for about 3 minutes.

Vocal training: follow the previous step and make a "yaya" sound when I exhale. Because I breathe quickly through my mouth and cooperate with vocal training quickly, that is, I inhale "yaya" and "yaya" as soon as possible, the sooner the better! At the same time, it should be noted that when exhaling, the muscles of the whole body should be extremely tight, the teeth should be clenched, the eyes should be round, the face should be ferocious, the toes should be fierce, and the anus should be tight. These actions should be carried out together with vocalization, tightening once at a time and relaxing when inhaling! Keep training repeatedly, but don't train for more than 5 minutes at a time! I feel dizzy at the beginning of training. This is because the brain lacks oxygen and will disappear after several trainings. Don't worry!

3 combination training: after entering the crazy state, train with the previous voice for about 3~5 minutes each time!

Three crazy fighting training: after the above training, we have a crazy state and a crazy howl. Next, we will carry out fighting training in a crazy state together. At this point, you can stop practicing the techniques described above.

Secondly, combined with defense, I had crazy fighting training. On the basis of the previous step, I relaxed my hands and kept shaking in front of the enemy at a very fast speed. On the one hand, it can repel the enemy's attack, on the other hand, it can disturb the enemy's sight and confuse the enemy, which is convenient for me to make a quick raid. Do this for 3 minutes and do 3 groups every day.

Finally entered the three-dimensional crazy fighting stage. After I really master the above training, I can officially enter the three-dimensional crazy fighting training. Facing the sandbags, I thought I was the enemy. I'm in a crazy state, and I won't stop until I tear the enemy to pieces. I screamed in my mouth, leaving the enemy's brain blank. I quickly launched a sudden and fatal blow, and all parts of my body launched a comprehensive blow. Each blow is a deadly force, and the whole process lasted for about 3 minutes. In these three minutes, you can't stop, but you can continue to attack crazily. You can't attack continuously at first, and every blow can't be fatal, but you can master it after a period of training, mainly depending on whether your foundation and endurance meet the requirements. At this stage, you can form a completely repressive style of play, which is a heavy blow to the enemy, and I have knocked him down before he could strike back! Completely heartfelt attack, instinctive madness, no enemy can cope with such a fierce blow! This method also helps you to form an instinctive strain and attack effect! Even in any state, you can immediately attack the enemy's fighting consciousness without thinking about it!
