Basic rules:

1. Before working at heights, the safety protection facilities shall be inspected and accepted by classification, and the operation can be started only after passing the inspection.

2. Before working at heights, safety technical disclosure shall be made to the operators. First time operators should receive training.

3. Operators working at heights should be equipped with corresponding safety protection articles for working at heights according to actual operation conditions, and wear and use corresponding safety protection articles and appliances correctly according to regulations.

4, the construction site may fall materials, should be removed in time or take fixed measures. Materials used for high-altitude operations shall be piled up smoothly and shall not hinder traffic and loading and unloading.

5. When working at heights in rain, frost, fog and snow, anti-skid, anti-freezing and lightning protection measures should be taken, and the water, ice, snow and frost on the working surface should be removed in time. In case of gale, fog, sandstorm and other bad weather above level 6, open-air climbing and suspended aerial work are not allowed. After rain and snow, check the safety facilities for working at heights. If it is found to be loose, deformed, damaged or falling off, it should be repaired immediately and can only be used after it is qualified.

6. Reliable measures should be taken for safety protection facilities that need to be temporarily dismantled or changed, and they should be restored immediately after operation.
