Go to official website of China Eastern Airlines, find "After-sales Service" on the "Self-service" page, and you will see the option of "Print flight cancellation/cancellation voucher". Enter the flight number, ID number and travel date in the print information submission interface, and then click "Search" to find the cancelled flight, and you can print the flight cancellation certificate.
