Jiangdong Bridge is a key project in provinces and cities, connecting Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and Jiangdong Industrial Park, with a total length of 4,332 meters, of which the bridge spans 3,520 meters, the river-crossing bridge spans 2,248 meters, and the approach bridges on both sides are 1.272 meters, with eight lanes in both directions. The bridge structure is a combination system of self-anchored space cable suspension bridge and prestressed concrete continuous beam, with a total estimated investment of 65.438+0.89 billion yuan. The project started on February 28th, 2005 and is scheduled to open to traffic on February 26th, 2008.
Due to the complexity of Jiangdong Bridge, including the design of ten-span continuous beam, continuous rigid frame beam and self-anchored space cable steel box girder bridge, the structure is unique and the technical difficulty is high. In the process of construction management, we have identified ten key scientific research projects for the design and construction of Jiangdong Bridge, and applied a large number of advanced technologies and new processes at home and abroad. Through the joint research of all construction parties, we have overcome difficulties one by one. A series of technical problems have been solved. At present, all kinds of projects have been basically completed, some of which have played a guiding role in engineering construction, and many scientific research projects have achieved scientific and technological innovation results.
First, the steel box girder was welded and assembled in Hangzhou for the first time. Because the navigation conditions of Qiantang River are difficult to meet the overall transportation requirements of the steel box girder of Jiangdong Bridge, and the land transportation is also difficult to meet, we use the unit pieces to assemble at the construction site immediately after the completion of production, and then weld the assembled beam segments at the site. After the assembled beam segments are assembled, they are transported to the bridge site by special flatbed truck for hoisting, welding and jacking construction, and then the whole bridge can be closed, which is the first time in Hangzhou. At the same time, in order to meet the requirements of beam transportation, the bearing capacity of the water trestle is 160T, which is the highest level of the built Qiantang River trestle.
Second, it is the first time to use five continuous curves to push and install steel box beams. The biggest feature of steel box girder jacking construction of Jiangdong Bridge is that the steel box girder adopts five continuous curves in the installation and erection stage, which makes the jacking technology very complicated. At present, this jacking construction has only been successfully implemented by Hangzhou Jiangdong Bridge, which is the first case in China.
Third, it is the first time to use 1500-ton stepless adjustable bearing. The support can be adjusted vertically and steplessly, which can eliminate the uneven stress caused by the deformation of the main tower beam conveniently and quickly, and ensure the stress safety of Jiangdong Bridge in the construction and operation stages. This new type of large tonnage stepless adjustable bearing has the characteristics of high load, low compression, high wear resistance, low friction, high precision, maintenance-free and simple operation. It is reported that1.500t stepless adjustable bearing is used for the first time in expressway.
Fourthly, the five-axis numerical control technology is used to process the cable saddle and cable clamp for the first time. Because the suspension bridge of Jiangdong Bridge is a spatial cable system structure, the stress of cable saddle and cable clamp is complicated. In the concrete implementation process, the three-dimensional modeling of the workpiece is carried out by computer, and the five-axis linkage numerical control technology is developed for precision machining. At the same time, the welding deformation control of cast steel and the precision control measures of left and right saddle bolt connection surfaces are strengthened to ensure the accurate butt joint of more than 440 high-strength bolts on the spatial curved surface.
Fifth, the space cable erection and system transformation were successfully realized for the first time. The main cable of Jiangdong Bridge is space cable. According to the construction characteristics of the bridge, when erecting the empty cable, the main cable is laid in the vertical plane perpendicular to the bridge deck, and then the empty cable is pre-tensioned and converted into space cable through temporary lifting points, which is the first time used in suspension bridge construction. System conversion is the most complicated key link in the construction of self-anchored suspension bridge. At present, the system transformation of Jiangdong Bridge has been successfully completed. This is the first successful case of similar bridge construction in China.
Sixth, ERS pavement of steel bridge deck (resin asphalt composite system steel bridge deck pavement technology) is adopted for the first time. A new type of steel bridge deck pavement technology, Resin Asphalt Composite System (ers), has been developed by the headquarters together with relevant units, which is innovative in the field of steel bridge deck pavement and has independent intellectual property rights in China. Compared with other steel bridge deck pavement systems widely used in China at present, it has the characteristics of economy, easy construction and easy maintenance.
