If cicadas cry very loudly in summer, does it indicate that the weather will change?

The hotter and sunny the cicada is, the louder it cries (especially now it has entered the dog days, and it starts to cry at dawn in the morning and lasts until dark at night), but when it meets the weather with high air humidity, the cry will be weakened for the following three reasons (it only represents the personal opinion of the little helper and is not authoritative):

1, attracting female cicadas
