At the end of last year, Xianju became the first county and city in Taizhou to win the title of National Global Tourism Demonstration Zone.

Banyan Tree Xianju Project is a county magistrate project with a total investment of about 5 1 10,000 yuan. The total planned area of the project is about 600 mu, of which the construction land area is about 100 mu. The total construction area of the project is about 78,000 square meters, including 62,400 square meters on the ground and 65,438+0.56 million square meters in the basement.

Liu Yue Hotel is located in TONYYOND Bay, Zhenkou Village, Baita Town, with a total investment of about 65.438+0.6 billion yuan.

Xiashang Line (Laobailong Line)-Lishan Village Road Project is the supporting infrastructure of Banyan Tree Project. The project is located in Lishan Natural Village, Qicun, Danzhu County, and the road consists of two lines: the main line and the branch line. The designed highway grade is Grade IV, and the total investment of the project is nearly 20 million yuan. The total length of the road design is about 2.2km, of which the main line1.646km and the branch line (0.549km) are asphalt pavement, with a minimum width of 3.5m and a maximum width of 6m.
