Brief introduction of Liu Dong underground long river scenic spot in Lanxi

Known as "a must in the sea", the long underground river has a total length of 2,500 meters and an area of over 25,000 square meters. It is divided into three parts: Snow Cave, Time Tunnel and Yuru Cave. It is a typical cave with its own forms and characteristics in different development periods. An underground river with a length of 1000 meters runs through the snow cave, and its source has not yet been proved. The temperature in the cave keeps 18 degrees all the year round, which is warm in winter and cool in summer. Sailing in it is like being in a fairyland. The Yulu Cave is tall and empty, and the exquisite stalactites, stalagmites and stone curtains in the hall are dazzling and beautiful. The scenic stone in just visiting is extremely rare and close at hand, which has high ornamental and scientific research value.

Dongyuan village, where the Liu Dong Scenic Area is located, is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with outstanding people, and has given birth to a generation of famous lady Miss Zhao Si, the wife of General Zhang Xueliang. Zhao Si's maiden name is Qixia. So the ancestral home in the village is called Qixia Garden. This is an ancient building in Qing dynasty, carved with beams and painted with buildings. Now, Zhao Si's life and his beautiful love with General Zhang Xueliang are displayed in this house. It is said that there are two wonders here: "the scenery is a must in Jiangnan, and love is a swan song throughout the ages."
