In order to protect people's health and life safety, according to the requirements of Nanyang Epidemic Prevention and Control Command's Emergency Notice on Carrying out novel coronavirus Nucleic Acid Detection for All Employees in the City, and after the research of Xinye County Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, it was decided to carry out nucleic acid detection for all employees outside Xinye County. The notice is as follows:

I. Sampling time

March 30th, 2022 13: 00 to March 30th 19: 00.

Second, the sampling range

In addition to Seoul, Hanhua Street and Shanggang Township, Xinye County has a total of permanent population 12, temporary population, temporary floating population and foreign population. No more than 48 hours after COVID-19 vaccination. No sampling is allowed without vaccination certificate.

Third, the sampling location

Sampling points are set up in each village, and residents participate in sampling according to their permanent residence in principle. The specific sampling time is subject to the village notice. Personnel of enterprises and institutions within the jurisdiction of towns and villages shall participate in sampling according to the notice of their towns and villages.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. Residents are requested to complete the registration and information filling of the "pre-registration code for new field nucleic acid testing" in advance, bring their ID cards or household registration books, arrive at the designated place within the specified time, show the pre-registration code for nucleic acid testing on the spot, and conduct nucleic acid testing and sampling.

2. Give priority to special groups such as the old, the weak, the sick, the pregnant and the infants. For the elderly and pregnant women who are really inconvenient to move, please report to the village in advance and arrange on-site sampling.

3. During the sampling period of nucleic acid detection, residents should always wear masks, cooperate with temperature measurement and code scanning, consciously queue up, keep a distance of more than one meter, and do not talk, get together or gather. In order to be orderly and avoid crowding, I hope to attend according to the notified time, without advance or delay. Please leave immediately after sampling.

4. Please obey the staff arrangement and cooperate actively. Those who disturb the order, conceal, lie, falsify information and refuse to cooperate with nucleic acid detection will be investigated for corresponding legal responsibilities according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment.
