Among the lakes in Inner Mongolia, Juyanhai is a famous one. Juyanhai is the tail lake of Heihe River, the second largest inland river in China. It is located in the north of Ejina Banner in Alashan League. Its shape is long and narrow and curved like a crescent moon, and the Ejina River flows into the lake. Juyanhai is a famous migratory bird habitat in Ejina Banner. It is said that every spring is the season with the largest number of migratory birds in Juyanhai.

Compared with more than ten years ago, the vegetation around Juyan Sea has improved a lot. Along the way, I saw shrubs growing on the saline-alkali land along the way, showing great vitality. In order to protect the wetland, the staff of the protection station have also made a lot of efforts. No matter the weather is good or bad, they patrol the wetland almost every day, which is very hard and difficult to reunite with their families. But they are very pleased to see the continuous improvement of Juyanhai's ecological environment.

At the end of the 20th century, Juyanhai almost dried up. In order to restore the ecological environment of Juyanhai, the State Council decided to transfer water from Heihe River. Every year, 500 million cubic meters of black river water will be injected into Juyanhai, and the state will invest more than 20 million yuan to restore Juyanhai wetland. Today, the water area of Juyanhai has reached 42 square kilometers, and this wetland has become a veritable "desert oasis" and "migratory bird paradise".

In order to see more migratory birds, you can leave the wetland and board a cruise ship to watch them up close in the water. Swan likes to inhabit lakes and swamps, mainly feeding on aquatic plants. The average water depth of Juyan Sea is 1.5m, which is very suitable for swans to inhabit. We continue to travel to the core area of Juyanhai waters, hoping to see swans.

Swan is a national second-class protected animal with high vigilance and is not easy to approach. There are two kinds of swans that inhabit Juyan Sea all the year round: the big swan and the wart-nosed swan. What we see is a swan with a wart nose, which is smaller than the big swan and has a yellow nose.

The area of Juyanhai wetland has now reached more than 30,000 hectares. Besides swans, there are many other kinds of waterfowl in this water area. I didn't expect these birds to be overhead. They are not afraid at all. I believe they have established good trust with human beings.

Red-billed gull is a medium-sized waterfowl with a crimson mouth and feet. The best viewing season is from April to 10 every year. As long as people put some food into the lake, these lovely elves will fly around in droves. They sing and fly around people.

As the sun sets, yachts sail on the water and feel the unique charm of Juyan Sea. I hope this water area can be wider, so that this wetland can become an oasis full of interest in the desert Gobi and become a permanent home for birds.
