Where does the south wind usually appear?

In the south, especially in rainy season and early autumn, it is a season of frequent rainfall, and humid rooms are a problem for many families. It's hard to go back to Nantian, so where will the south wind appear?

Where can there be 1 on a southerly day? South China will return to the south, but the north will not. South China belongs to a typical maritime subtropical monsoon climate. Therefore, from March to April every year, the south wind blowing from the South China Sea meets the warm and humid airflow and forms a stationary front with the cold air from northern Chinese mainland, which makes the weather in South China changeable and very humid, with occasional light rain or fog.

Returning to Nantian is similar to sea fog. Warm and humid ocean air flows from the warmer sea surface to the colder sea surface, and the water vapor in the air condenses into droplets, which accumulate in the air to form fog. If the temperature difference between the sea surface through which the airflow passes is large, there is a greater chance of forming fog.

It usually appears in February and March in spring. When there is a "returning to the south sky", the air humidity is close to 100%, and the walls and even the ground will "water". According to statistics, when the phenomenon of returning to the south sky is serious, the visibility can be reduced to 50 meters.

Where will the weather get warmer twice on a southerly day?

The phenomenon of weather resurgence, also known as resurgence, mainly occurs at the bottom of the room. There are two reasons for the warmer weather. In the first case, the cold air just left and the weather began to get warmer, but the surface temperature was still low. At this time, if the weather is humid and the relative humidity of the air is above 90%, the warm and humid outdoor airflow enters the room and meets the low temperature, smooth and non-absorbent ground, which will condense into water and gather on the floor and walls in large quantities, and then produce moisture regain or moisture regain, just like sweating. Once the climate turns fine and dry, the resurgence phenomenon can be eliminated. In the second case, the water in the foundation soil under the ground cushion rises due to capillary action, and the vaporous water permeates upward, which makes the ground material wet, and then deteriorates and makes the whole room wet. Usually, the rainy season with warmer weather in spring and summer is the first situation. Knowing the reason for the warmer weather, you will know how to dehumidify your home.

The solution is as follows:

1. When it is obvious that the weather is changing from cold to warm, please close all doors and windows immediately, and try not to turn on the exhaust fan except cooking, so as not to suck the humid air outside into the room.

Second, turn on the air conditioner to dehumidify. Dehumidify a room using a dehumidification compartment or a refrigeration compartment. If the moisture regain is too strong, it is recommended to use a dehumidifier for the best effect. It is particularly important to remember to close the doors and windows when opening the dehumidifier to promote dehumidification.

Third, use desiccant to absorb water and dehumidify. Commonly used domestic moisture absorbents include quicklime, charcoal and activated carbon. Especially quicklime, the water absorption effect is very good, but the disadvantage is that quicklime (CaO) becomes hydrated lime calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) after water absorption, which cannot be reused. The moisture absorption effect of charcoal is far less than that of quicklime, but it can be reused after drying. In addition, other desiccants with slightly higher cost include silica gel, calcium chloride, alumina gel, molecular sieve and phosphorus pentoxide. The use method is to wrap the desiccant in newspaper and put it around the room or under the bed when the weather gets warmer. If a small amount of sand is mixed into the desiccant to increase the permeability of the desiccant, the moisture absorption effect can be improved.

Fourth, put desiccant beside wardrobe, electrical appliances or valuables to keep clothes dry and prevent electrical appliances from short-circuiting due to humidity. If you find that there is no image on TV when the weather comes back, you don't have to panic. Turn on the TV for 5- 10 minutes and return to normal.

5. It is usually difficult to completely dehumidify the floor of a room after it has regained moisture. You can spread some newspapers, old books, etc. Put it on the floor to absorb water. If possible, you can also sprinkle some chaff or sawdust on the floor, which can not only absorb water and dehumidify, but also prevent slippery.

Where are there usually three southerly days? There is no corresponding month in southerly days.

The term "southerly sky" that people often say is not a specific term in meteorology. But literally, it can be understood that this resurgence phenomenon is related to the warmer south wind, which often occurs every spring or rainy season. The south wind warms the north wind, and the east wind is wet and the west wind is dry.

After beginning of spring every year, indoor moisture regain will occur in some areas, which makes clothes and furniture damp and moldy, which is often called "southerly day".

Moisture-proof measures

1, turn on the air conditioner for dehumidification.

Dehumidify when it rains, and turn on the air conditioner when it rains, which can not only demist but also dehumidify. Automobile air conditioning can not only adjust the temperature of the compartment, but also effectively remove the moisture in the compartment.

2. Use desiccant or dehumidification box.

Pay more attention when the rain stops, and remove the accumulated water as soon as possible, otherwise it is prone to mildew. When you don't use the car, you'd better buy a simple dehumidification box and put it in the corner, so that the interior parts of the car won't get wet easily after staying overnight.
