Magnetic field, weather, landform, mobile phone permission setting, etc. Will affect the positioning signal. Therefore, it is suggested that you use positioning in places with strong network signal and empty surrounding environment.

If you use an OPPO/ one plus mobile phone (ColorOS system), and the positioning is wrong, biased and inaccurate, you can try the following methods for troubleshooting:

1. The metal protective shell will affect the signal receiving ability. I suggest you take off your protective shell and try it.

2. Check whether the positioning switch is turned on:

(1)ColorOS 12 and above systems enter "Settings >; Permission and privacy > location information ",and turn on the switches of location service and WLAN and Bluetooth scanning.

(2) coloros11.0-11.3 system enters "Settings >; Privacy >; Location information ",turn on the" location service "and" wireless LAN and Bluetooth scanning "switches.

(3)ColorOS7.0-7.2 system enters "Settings"; Other settings > devices and privacy >; Location information ",turn on the" location service "and" wireless LAN and Bluetooth scanning "switches.

3. Check whether the application location permission is turned on:

Go to Settings > (Application) > Application Management > Application List > Select the corresponding software > Application rights > Set the location information to "Allow" or "Allow when using".

4. If only a few navigation softwares are abnormal, it may be caused by compatibility problems between navigation softwares and mobile phones. It is recommended that you update the navigation software to the latest version or replace it with other navigation software.

5. If all navigation software has such problems, I suggest you turn on the positioning switch again and restart your mobile phone.

6. If there are driving recorders and other equipment that may interfere with the signal source, I suggest you turn off the driving recorder and try it.

7. Updating the system version will optimize the mobile phone to some extent. I suggest you try to update your mobile phone system to the latest version.

8. If the current positioning information of QQ, Alipay, WeChat, Nail, Corporate WeChat, Hungry, Meituan and other applications is inaccurate, you can try to enter "Settings > Privacy >"; Privacy body double ",to see whether the relevant application has opened privacy body double, we suggest that you turn off privacy body double.

9. You can also try to turn the airplane mode on and off.

10. Try to turn on the accuracy of Google location information:

You can go to "Settings > Permissions and Privacy > Location Information > More Settings > Google Location Information Accuracy" to open the attempt to "improve the accuracy of location information".

If the above methods can't solve your problem, I suggest you back up your mobile phone data, take your mobile phone and purchase certificate to the official service center of OPPO, and let professional engineers detect and handle it.
