Sunrise in the east and rain in the west. How's the weather?

Sunrise in the east and rain in the west are all "thunderstorm" weather.

Thunderstorm is different from ordinary rainfall. It often appears in hot summer. Because in summer, due to the high temperature and rapid evaporation, there will be a lot of water vapor in the air. When the ground temperature rises under the strong sunlight, the air will rise upwards. When the water vapor rises above 7- 10 km, it is easy to form cumulonimbus clouds.

Cumulonimbus clouds contain a lot of water vapor, water droplets and ice crystals, some of which increase with the development of clouds in the clouds, and fall when the updraft supports them. When they pass through the clouds with higher temperature, large water droplets become raindrops, and large ice crystals become snow beads and melt into showers. Thunderstorms often occur in summer because of the strong thermal convection that produces cumulonimbus clouds.

Because this cumulonimbus cloud is very small, it can only form a narrow rain area when it moves to produce precipitation, so there is rain or even heavy rain under the cloud, while other places outside the cloud are still sunny because there is no cumulonimbus cloud cover.

Because thunderstorms mostly occur in the afternoon to evening in summer, this special weather of "rising east and setting west" with high sun is also easy to appear at this time.
