When do you plant trees?

The best time to plant trees is late winter or early spring.

1. In the north, it is best to choose a mild season for planting new saplings. Autumn is a good choice if there is no suitable planting time or period. Summer is too hot, and the plants are too fragile. It is also not suitable for freezing the ground because it is cold in winter.

It is wise to plant plants in the dormant period of planting trees (when the growth rate of plants is the lowest) because it is the least destructive. In the northern hemisphere, the dormancy period is coming to an end in spring or autumn.

3. The best planting time of deciduous type is obvious. In autumn, the signal of falling leaves goes to sleep. The signal of spring germination is to begin to leave dormancy. Evergreen plants do not give clear dormancy signals. If the area is very hot, it can be postponed until autumn. If the weather is hot in early June, it should be planted in spring.
