The landmark event of news broadcast weather forecast
Suddenly, a young man appeared on the screen, pointing to a map of Japan behind him and explaining it carefully. The Japanese in the room immediately stopped talking and stared at the screen. After explaining for a few minutes, everyone continued to drink and chat. This scene surprised Wang Shiping. The Japanese representative said that it was a Japanese TV weather forecast, which was provided by the state, processed into a TV program by the company, and then released to the public through TV.
This is the first time that meteorologists in China have seen the great role of television in disseminating meteorological information. On the way back to China, the delegation began to discuss that the weather forecast in China should also have a TV version.
From 1979, the Central Meteorological Observatory and CCTV began to negotiate and jointly organize weather forecast TV programs, which lasted for one and a half years. Both sides have no experience in this brand-new program form, so we decided to emulate foreign countries first.
At that time, most western meteorological programs were hosted by meteorologists. CCTV itself does not have many hosts and does not understand meteorological knowledge, so it is decided that the Meteorological Observatory will send someone to host it. Soon, the Central Meteorological Observatory began to "audition" the host, and finally screened out two candidates, a man and a woman. At that time, 34-year-old Han Jiangang was already a forecaster at the Meteorological Observatory. He has solid professional knowledge and good spirit. Although he speaks with a local accent, it obviously does not hinder the audience's understanding. He became the last male host, and the female host was designated as Ethan, a staff member of the Meteorological Observatory.
On July 7th, 1980, the weather forecast of the program appeared on CCTV 1. "Like news, it is a live broadcast, and the time is only two minutes between domestic news and international news." In the first month and a half, as soon as the data from the Central Meteorological Observatory came out at 5 pm every day, Han Jiangang and Ethan changed their technical terms into plain TV language. Half an hour later, they set off for CCTV broadcasting with the manuscript with wet ink. Han Jiangang said that at that time, "there was no electroluminescence in the live broadcast room. A few headlights were turned on, all of which were over 40 degrees. However, for live recording, the electric fan can't be turned on and often sweats. " Because of the backward technical level, the program images in the early stage of broadcasting did not even stay in the file.
At that time, the weather forecast host simply looked at the manuscript. More than a month later, the program was broadcast by the host of CCTV, and the well-known host Xing Zhibin and "News Network" Luo Jing were broadcast. At that time, the Central Meteorological Observatory sent the manuscript to CCTV through a special telephone, and then the prepared weather situation map was sent by a special person. At that time, there were no optical cables and no special cars. Qu Shengpu from the Meteorological Observatory rides his bike to the TV station to send tapes every afternoon, rain or shine.
Initially, behind the weather host was a pre-printed map of China, and the icons on it were all hand-painted. 1in March, 983, the city light exhibition board made by Qu Shengpu was installed in the news live broadcast room, and the host lit up after reading the city, and the staff operated behind the scenes. In this way, the audience can find the city being broadcast in the shortest time.
At the beginning of the broadcast of "Weather Forecast", some viewers wrote that the news time of half an hour is already very tight, and if another weather news is inserted, the news will be broadcast less. To this end, CCTV and the National Meteorological Administration jointly conducted a two-month public opinion survey, and finally the weather forecast survived with an 80% support rate.
1985, the audience saw the cartoon cloud picture of typhoon taken by satellite. Later, China was added to be responsible for the weather forecast of sea areas, providing meteorological services for maritime shipping, fishing and exploration (broadcast after the noon news on February 6,1989 (renamed "News 30 Minutes" on April 3,1995); It has been changed to 13 and broadcast on CCTV- 13 "News Live Room"); In addition, the typhoon forecast map has been added in summer. With the technical level of that era, the weather forecast picture is still very visually shocking.
With the establishment of a new generation of radio and television weather forecast production system, 1993 TV weather forecast has ushered in another major breakthrough. As far as the background image is concerned, there are three-dimensional weather symbols in form; In terms of content, the limit of national weather trends has been extended from 24 hours to 48 hours.
In the 2 1 century, new background pictures are constantly added or updated. On March 3, 2003, the forecast time limit was extended to 72 hours again. In addition, according to the different needs of the audience for meteorological information, a series of popular science columns such as 24 solar terms, spring sowing weather, wheat harvest weather, causes of various disastrous weather, disaster prevention and mitigation, one-week weather review, weather and climate review, holiday weather, weather and climate in Hong Kong and Macao, weather and climate in the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, weather knowledge and terminology, etc. have been successively launched.
At the beginning of 2004, the maximum temperature forecast was added, aiming at the five-day weather forecast which has great influence on the weather;
On June 5438+1October 18, 2005, the "Space Weather Warning" was first released to the public by using the monitoring data of FY-2C.
In short, there are traditional short-term forecast and early warning, medium-term forecast and prospect, regional monitoring and early warning, case analysis of typical cities or regions, weather interpretation of current hot events and so on. These, science and technology have made indelible contributions, and also proved that the content of gas forecast is getting richer and richer, and the basis of weather forecast is getting more and more accurate. At the end of 1984, according to the instruction of Li Peng, then Vice Premier of the State Council, that TV weather forecast needs to be reformed, the National Meteorological Center (the Central Meteorological Observatory) began to build the first generation TV weather forecast program production system in China, which was specifically named as "computer graphics dynamic display system" (input code into computer to generate forecast chart) and "digital/analog signal conversion encoder" (for switching station to play). Although this system looks simple in 2 1 century, it is a leap in the way of information display in that era and is called "scientific and technological progress".
In the summer of 1985, the hand-painted forecast map was out of everyone's sight. With the remake of the camera, the black-and-white cartoon cloud picture of typhoon began to appear in the program, which brought some fresh visual impact to everyone, and ordinary people could also see the sky above the earth (satellite cloud picture is still the most intuitive and popular professional graphic). Later, the picture of the city forecast was accompanied by Latin-style landscape photos, and the background music "Fishing boats sing late" began to become a household name.
From 65438 to 0986, China became the only country in the world where weather forecast programs were independently produced by meteorological departments.
According to the division of labor: the weather forecast program is produced by the National Meteorological Center, and CCTV is responsible for broadcasting and providing technical guidance and personnel training. From 1 98665438+1October1,Weather Forecast became the earliest daily broadcast program in China TV industry. At the beginning of the program, it was the most complicated and changeable summer weather. At that time, CCTV sent experts from the Meteorological Observatory to broadcast the lecture. In the next seven years, it turned into behind-the-scenes dubbing until 1 March 19931,which made the audience shine. Because on this day, the weather host walked from behind the scenes to the stage, and Song Yingjie was the first to appear.
Because the host of "Weather Forecast" didn't make any publicity when he took the stage, the title of the later report was "A weatherman jumped on the screen". The reporter called it "jump" because all the audience were very surprised and the secrecy was perfect.
More interestingly, about half a year after the host appeared, there was no host's name in the picture. Later, at the strong request of the audience, a subtitle appeared in the program: host, Central Meteorological Observatory XXX. Since then, people have changed the habit of "listening" to the weather forecast and are more willing to watch it carefully. The ratings are constantly rising, and the audience have expressed that "the program is good-looking and human."
The first color of the map used in the weather forecast program is yellow, which looks like a golden program from head to toe. Perhaps it is because this yellow tone always reminds people of "sandstorms". After 2000, the program was revised, and the producer drastically changed the map color to fresh and elegant green, which not only made the program more environmentally friendly, but also gave the audience an ecological psychological reminder.
On September 12, at 20 1 1, CCTV broadcasted the weather forecast of Diaoyu Island as soon as possible after the news broadcast.
According to the territorial sea baseline of Diaoyu Island and its affiliated islands published by China Municipal Government on September 10, the Central Meteorological Observatory has incorporated the weather forecast of Diaoyu Island and its surrounding waters into domestic city forecasts since September 1 1.
Diaoyu Island has been the inherent territory of China since ancient times, and the waters near Diaoyu Island are also the traditional coast of China, which China has indisputable sovereignty over. China Meteorological Bureau is responsible for the management of national land, rivers, lakes and marine meteorological information forecasting and early warning, and the meteorological department has provided meteorological services for Diaoyu Island and its surrounding waters for a long time. It is an important duty of China Meteorological Bureau to provide weather forecast for Diaoyu Island and its surrounding waters, and it is also an important duty entrusted by the World Meteorological Organization to the National Meteorological Center, which is one of the regional professional meteorological centers. 2065438+On June 28th, 2004, China Weather TV changed to advertisement-free mode when replaying weather forecast programs. The advertisements at the beginning and end are mainly public service advertisements, and the pictures of various cities have changed from various sales advertisements to scenic pictures of cities.
In this case, the Hong Kong version of CCTV 1 will also appear (previously, due to the relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong such as product placement, a large number of public service advertisements and program videos were broadcast instead of weather forecast programs). However, China Weather TV only appears occasionally. This channel is still the mainland version of CCTV 1 and the CCTV 13 version, and the situation of promoting advertisements still appears and continues to this day. 20 1519 China Radio International Digital TV Global Shopping Channel and Huafeng Group launched a new column "Weather Forecast", which opened a new starting point for 2015 to pay full attention to people's livelihood. This column is broadcast in three stages: morning edition, noon edition and evening edition. The broadcast time is 10:39 in the morning, 12:00 at noon and 2 1:00 at night. Among them, the early edition broadcasts a weather program about health and wellness at noon at 8: 55, that is, after the end of Wen Chao Tian Xia, and the late edition is the weather forecast after News Network.
Different from the broadcast version of CCTV 1, the standard-definition version of CCTV 1 is cut-edge broadcast, and the high-definition version is also in the left and right black mailbox mode. The Global Shopping Channel is broadcast in the form of 16:9, and the program it broadcasts is also the pure version of 16:9, which has been revised without advertisements. In fact, the weather in Huafeng has been done 16:9.
