Article 5 The site of meteorological offices and stations shall remain stable for a long time. The local urban construction department shall solicit the opinions of the local meteorological department and abide by the above technical requirements when formulating urban construction planning and approving the construction around meteorological stations. The term "national basic station" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the ground meteorological report or aviation meteorological report issued uniformly and regularly throughout the country, and is an integral part of the national meteorological station network.
The term "national general station" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to a station that mainly provides services for local agriculture and animal husbandry production and carries out three meteorological observations.
The isolated obstacles mentioned in these Provisions are centered on the observation field, and the obstacle width angle is ≤ 22.5 degrees.
The regulation of hundreds of millions of rows of obstacles means that the height of obstacles is less than 22.5 degrees with the observation field as the center.
The term "tall crops" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to crops that are higher than the fence of the observation field (1.2m). Article 9 The Provincial Meteorological Bureau shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
