Especially in eastern Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei, Henan, Shandong and other places, the precipitation intensity will be relatively rare in the same period. Shi Yan, a meteorologist from China Weather Network, said that there may be heavy snowstorms in northern Hebei, northwestern Shanxi and southeastern Inner Mongolia, because the strong warm and humid airflow meets cold air when it is transported northward.

Meteorological problems

Spring rain is as expensive as oil, and this precipitation is also good for Shandong and other places. At present, most areas in Shandong are in moderate to severe meteorological drought, and a shower is urgently needed to quench their thirst. It is expected that this strong cold air will bring moderate to heavy rain to most parts of Shandong from April 3 to 4. Some areas can even reach the magnitude of heavy rain, which is very beneficial to alleviate the local drought. At the same time, this precipitation will obviously increase the soil moisture in winter wheat areas such as Henan and Hebei.

From day to night on the 30th, the whole province turned sunny to cloudy. Southerly winds, 4-5 gusts in Dongying, Weifang and Peninsula areas are 6, and 3-4 in other areas. The lowest temperature in the mountainous area of Luzhong and the inland area of the peninsula is about 4℃ at night, with frost or light frost. Heze, Jinan, Zibo and northwestern Shandong are around 9℃, and other areas are around 6℃.
