Activity needs
Each class should actively mobilize students to carry out science and technology publicity and education for students in the form of class activity classes and handwritten newspapers. The class teacher should take photos of related activities, upload them to the school work group or make audio-visual pictures for display.
On the basis of the preliminary evaluation, each class fills in the recommended list of outstanding works of the Science and Technology Festival and sends the outstanding works to the designated place to participate in the school competition (please refer to the campus network www.ssy2.com for more competition rules and documents).
The school will organize relevant professionals to conduct selection, and the awards will be awarded with the first, second and third prizes and encouragement prizes. The school will issue honorary certificates and recommend them according to the allocation of municipal competition places. The principles of on-site competition (except model airplane) will not be described in detail.

1.KT board: 100 cm long and 30 cm wide.
2. 1 glass marble (marble diameter 1.4cm), 10 pin, 3 small bottle caps (outer diameter 3.2cm, height 1.7cm) and large bottle caps (outer diameter 5cm, height 1.2cm). The dimensions of marbles and bottle caps are subject to the on-site regulations.
Knife ballpoint pen is used to cut KT board.
Players are only allowed to bring a ruler 30 cm long.

Science Challenge-Little Guardian
(1) Competition type:
Snails can be bought from Taobao or caught in the wild.
(2) Participants and time:
A third-year student.
The feeding time starts from the end of September to the middle of 10, and the competition time is arranged in the middle of 10.
(3) Competition rules:
1. The feeding box must be made by children themselves, which can show the drawings and production process designed by children themselves, conform to scientific principles, embody the concept of environmental protection and have a certain aesthetic feeling.
2. Considering the need of handling, the size and weight of the feeding box should be limited. The length of the feeding box at any angle should not exceed 50 cm, and the total weight should not exceed 15 kg.
3. Label paper must be attached, with the name and category indicated on it to prevent ambiguity.
4. You must provide the following items (3 out of 5), otherwise you will not participate in the competition.
A is the photos and written records of snails crawling;
B is the photos and written records of snails when they eat;
C is the observation photos and written records of snails when they defecate;
D is the photos taken during the growth of snails and the data record analysis table formed.
E is the photos of snail mating and the observation photos and written records formed.
All written records can be recorded in scientific record books, which can be handwritten or electronic. It was done by children independently. On the basis of the above records, other diversified presentation methods are allowed, such as short video, painting, specimen making, data pasting, etc.

(1) Competition type:
Make a weather calendar.
(2) Participants and time:
Fourth grade students.

(3) Competition rules:
1. Weather calendars must be made by children.
2. The paper size of the weather calendar shall not exceed A 1 paper size.

4. The whole production process must be true and experienced personally, and the record must reflect the continuity of observation. All written records can be written by hand, as well as painting, taking photos, making specimens and pasting data.

(3) Competition rules:
1. Eco-bottles must be made by children themselves, which can show the drawings and production process designed by children themselves, conform to scientific principles, embody the concept of environmental protection and have a certain sense of beauty.
2. Considering the need of handling, the size and weight of ecological bottles should be limited. The length of the ecological bottle at any angle shall not exceed 30 cm, and the total weight shall not exceed 15 kg.
3. Label paper must be attached, with the name and category indicated on it to prevent ambiguity.
4. Design drawings, photos and written records when making ecological bottles must be provided; Front or side photos of children observing ecological bottles must be provided; Written records of children's observation and maintenance of ecological bottles must be provided.

(1) Competition type:
The school provides radishes, toothpicks, knives, etc. Complete a tall tower within the specified time.

On the basis of voluntary registration, sixth-grade students are elected to the Political and Educational Affairs Office by class, with 3 people in each group cooperating, and no more than 3 groups in each class.
(3) Competition rules:
The winner is the person with the highest construction and has 2 measurement opportunities.

Science Challenge-Rubik's Cube Competition
The third-order Rubik's Cube is quickly twisted (one-layer reduction, two-layer reduction and six-sided reduction). Participants must bring their own third-order Rubik's Cube for the competition. The Rubik's Cube used must pass the inspection of the referee before the competition and must meet the standards. Before the game, the Rubik's Cube was disrupted by the referee with his back to the players, and the number of steps was more than 20. The players were ranked according to the restoration time. According to the ranking of the competition, the first, second and third place in the class are decided, and honorary certificates are awarded to the top 20 in the class.
