How is kudzuvine root planted?
Second, choose soil preparation.
(1) Land selection: Choose sandy soil with thick soil layer and good drainage for planting, and it is not suitable to plant Pueraria lobata on land with poor drainage and heavy soil.
(2) Soil preparation and base fertilizer application before seedling raising. Soil preparation began in the middle and late February. The first is bushes, weeds, stones, etc. Cleaning the planting field, making a boundary with the width of1-2m according to the soil drainage, and digging planting pits on the boundary, wherein the length, width and depth of each pit are 40-50cm, and the distance between two pits is 1- 1. Apply organic fertilizer (farmyard manure) in the pit, mix it with soil according to the ratio of more than 0/000 kg per mu/kloc, and backfill it into the pit to make the pier 30 cm above the ground.
Third, colonization. The best planting period is from the middle and late March to the early April (the noon temperature should not be lower than 10℃), and the seedlings (with roots) or cuttings (including two rootless stems) are planted in the soil at an angle of 30 degrees with the ground. Attention should be paid to exposing the growing point at the plant stem node to the soil surface; The two stem nodes of transplanting rice must be one in the soil and the other outside the soil. After planting, the soil is compacted and compacted, and the foot water is poured. According to the weather, wet the soil frequently. If the weather is dry, it is best to cover it with a layer of heat preservation and moisture preservation to promote the seedlings to sprout and grow as soon as possible.
Fourth, strengthen management. Pay attention to inspection after planting seedlings, and replant dead seedlings in time. When the seedlings grow to 25 cm long, urea or human and animal manure should be applied to accelerate the seedlings, and then topdressing 1-2 times depending on the growth situation. During this period after topdressing, pay attention to ditch cleaning and drainage in rainy days, and don't be too wet. Combined with the weather and the growth of pueraria lobata seedlings, weed in time to prevent grass shortage. After mid-June, Gemiao has basically covered the ground (let the base grow on the ground, don't set up a frame to draw vines), and generally there is no need for intertillage weeding. Because of its strong nitrogen fixation, topdressing is not needed in the middle and late stages, but an appropriate amount of farmyard manure needs to be supplemented every spring. Although kudzu vine has strong resistance to adversity, some pests and diseases will also occur. If necessary, it should be controlled by non-toxic drugs or lime powder.
5. Harvest. Pueraria lobata can be dug in the same year or the next year. Generally speaking, 1 1-65438+ February has the highest starch content. When digging, pull open the pier first, dig out the big one, leave the small one in the ground to continue to grow, and fill the soil back after digging.
Six, low-cost processing technology
1, Pueraria lobata: After beginning of autumn, when the flowers are not fully open, harvest them, remove the stems and leaves, dry them in the sun and bag them. When harvested, large, lavender and unopened flowers are the top grade.
2. Pueraria lobata slice: Dig, wash, peel, cut into cross sections, dry or bag after drying.
3. Ge Fen: ① Root block cleaning: Put kudzu root with smooth surface and no damage into the pool for cleaning. (2) Pulverizing and pulping: prepare a vat, grind the kudzu root blocks with a refiner (ordinary sweet potato pulverizer is enough), and put the ground pulp powder in the vat. ③ Separation (filtration) of slurry and residue: choose a clean large pool (cement pool is enough), or spread a wide plastic sheet, flatten the periphery, then put it on the pool with a 130- 160 mesh steel wire sieve, and wrap the screen with gauze. Put the slurry powder on the gauze, inject clean water, and fully stir to make the starch leak into the large pool with water. (4) precipitation: after the starch slurry is precipitated for 48 hours, the water on the starch is drained, and the starch block is taken out. ⑤ Drying: Drying or drying the starch blocks, bagging them for sale or preparing for further processing.
