Introduction to Baita Lake in Chongzhou: Can you barbecue?

Chongzhou Baita Lake has beautiful scenery, criss-crossing ravines, and the lakes and mountains complement each other. The beautiful blue sky is reflected on the water, and the turquoise lake water will make waves. The vast lake has rippling blue waves and is a place where you can camp and barbecue.

Baita Lake Avenue is very straight and wide around. I thought Baita Lake would be a magnificent stretch of water on flat land, but I saw a steep and neat dam at the end of the road!

It turns out that Baita Lake is a reservoir called Xiangyang Reservoir. The reservoir is located between three mountains. The dam is a dam built directly from the Chengdu Plain, connecting the three mountains to form the Xiangyang Reservoir (Baita Lake).

Because the dam directly faces the plain, the wind is very strong, so it is very suitable for kite flying games. On the dam, many children are playing and flying kites.

Baita Lake

The lake is 1.7 kilometers long from north to south and 0.9 kilometers wide from east to west. The water area is about 1.5 square kilometers. The total length around the lake is about 5 kilometers.

Baita Temple is on the mountain in the south of Hunan.

Baita Temple

It is divided into two floors. The first floor of the temple is a square, where the Dajue Hall is located. On the south side of Dajue Hall, there is a leisure place integrating books, tea and Zen.
