Hengyang climate

I also came to Hengyang to study, class of 2009. The climate here is similar to most places in the south. It's quite cold in winter, a few degrees below zero, and the coldest is nearly -5. Summer is very hot, and the highest temperature is nearly 38. At present, there are only three undergraduate colleges in Hengyang: South China University, Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and Hengyang Normal University. To tell the truth, if you can, unless there is no other way, you'd better not come to Hengyang to go to college. If you want to come, recommend South China nuclear engineering technology, which is very good. Hengyang's urban construction is not good, and there are not many traffic rules here.
