According to the Safety Management Measures for Fireworks and Firecrackers in Gu 'an County, fireworks and firecrackers are completely prohibited in the main urban area of the county, including: east of Beijing-Kowloon Railway, south of Zhuo Lang Expressway, west of Daguang Expressway (including the area north of Jinxiu Avenue and east of Jiangshan Road) and north of Yongding River levee.

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following areas or places outside the comprehensive forbidden zone:

Party and government offices, hospitals, schools, parks, shopping malls, theaters, cultural relics protection units, large cultural and sports venues, libraries, archives, bazaars and other public places, railway stations, bus stations and other units and their surrounding 50 meters;
