In order to further consolidate the effectiveness of our city’s COVID-19 prevention and control work, while taking into account the reduction of travel gatherings, ensuring the resumption of work and production, as well as the work of reducing congestion and ensuring smooth flow during the school season and preventing and controlling air pollution, the Lanzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to Starting from April 13, 2020 (inclusive), the regulations on motor vehicle last number driving restrictions will be temporarily adjusted. 1. Restricted hours

On working days other than national statutory holidays (except Saturdays and Sundays that are adjusted to work due to statutory holidays), morning and evening peak hours ( 7:30-9:00, 17:00-19:30).

4. Restricted Areas

The west, south and north of the original restricted area will remain unchanged, and the east will be compressed. Some areas in Lanzhou East and Yantan will be adjusted to areas that are not restricted by tail numbers. .
