The climate of Yuanjiang River Basin belongs to three climatic zones: temperate zone of central plateau, tropical zone of Yuanjiang River and tropical monsoon forest zone: above Sanjiangkou and east of Jiang Lixian, belonging to temperate zone of central plateau, with an altitude of1600 ~ 2,200m, annual average temperature of 15 ~ 18℃ and annual average precipitation of 800 ~/kloc-.
Below Sanjiangkou and JD.COM, above Malipo, Maguan, Pingbian and Jinping, it belongs to Yuanjiang hot zone, with no ice all the year round, annual average temperature of 20-2 1℃ and annual average rainfall of 700- 1200mm. Malipo, Maguan, Pingbian and Jinping are tropical monsoon forest areas with an altitude of 70 ~1500-2000mm, an annual average temperature of 2 1℃ and an annual average precipitation of1500-2000mm.
Simao district belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate zone of low latitude plateau, and the climate in the territory is three-dimensional and obvious. There are four different climate types: north tropical, south subtropical, middle subtropical and north subtropical, which are characterized by low latitude, high temperature, rainy, humid and still wind. Annual average temperature 17.8℃, annual average rainfall 1524.4 mm, frost-free period of 3 18 days, extremely cold in winter, extremely hot in summer and mild in four seasons.
Jinghong city belongs to the humid monsoon climate in the north tropics and south subtropics, with no long summer and distinct dry and wet seasons. It has both the advantages of continental climate and the disadvantages of maritime climate, such as large daily temperature difference, small annual temperature difference, calm, less cold and basically frost-free. The annual average temperature is between 18.6 and 2 1.9. Annual average precipitation 1200- 1700 mm, sunshine 1800-2300 hours, total solar radiation 120- 136 kcal/year, and annual average relative humidity of 80-86. Ruili belongs to subtropical monsoon climate, with dry season and rainy season all year round, basically frost-free, with annual average temperature of 2 1℃, annual precipitation of 1, 394.8 mm and annual average sunshine of 2,330 hours. There is no cold in winter, no heat in summer, and flowers and fruits in all seasons, which is a rare hot land.
In 2008, the average annual temperature in Ruili was slightly higher, the annual rainfall was slightly more, the annual sunshine hours were normal, and the lighting conditions were better. There is mild flower drought in summer, low temperature and rainy weather in autumn and high forest fire risk in winter. The annual average temperature is 20.8℃, the annual extreme maximum temperature is 34. 1℃ and the annual extreme minimum temperature is 5.5℃.
