Is the climate weather?

Weather refers to the atmospheric conditions such as rain, sunshine, wind, rain, heat and cold in a short period of time, while climate refers to the average weather conditions for many years. Both refer to atmospheric conditions, but there are great differences: the weather is short-term and changeable, and the climate is the average weather condition in a place for many years, which generally does not change much. So the description of "weather" is more specific, and the description of "climate" is more general.
