The appointment time starts at 9:00 every June 1 Sunday. Appointment rules 1. Public open days can only be reserved by individuals, and group appointments can be accepted on non-public open days.

The popular science visit time of the Observatory is about 1.5 hours.

2. Access process

Visitors enter from the entrance of Tianwen Road → gather in the multi-function hall of the comprehensive building and listen to the precautions → follow the tour guide to visit the Observatory → after the visit, visitors leave the Observatory through Tianwen Road.

3. The content of the visit

Visit the Astronomical Science Museum, enjoy astronomical short films, and observe solar activities (through the display screen, not visually, but looking at photos of solar activities in rainy days). (The actual contents of the visit will change due to weather, equipment maintenance and other reasons, subject to the on-site arrangement of the commentator).

4. Inquire and cancel appointments

After booking, enter the booking page again. In the "Results Query" interface, you can query the booking results or cancel the booking by ID number. When visiting, you need to bring with you the documents that match the information filled in.

After canceling the appointment, if you want to make an appointment for the current public open day again, you must wait until 9: 00 the next day, but the appointment will not be accepted on the open day, so those who cancel the appointment the day before the open day will not be able to attend the current public open day.

5. Description of violation

1. Smoking, littering and eating snacks are prohibited in Shenzhen Observatory Park. Once found, tourists will be disqualified.

2. The garbage disposal capacity of the Observatory is limited. Visitors are requested to take their garbage (such as beverage bottles and food packaging bags) away from the Observatory.

3. If the public does not participate in the event and does not cancel the appointment in advance after the public appointment is successful, it is forbidden to make another appointment for public opening within one year.

4. When attending public open days, visitors shall not be changed without permission, and children under the age of 9 shall not be taken to visit. Once found, it is forbidden to enter Shenzhen Observatory.

During the group visit, the tour leader should assemble the team, arrive at Shenzhen Observatory on time, and leave after the visit. Group tourists who arrive sporadically are prohibited from entering Shenzhen Observatory.

6. If a group fails to arrive at Shenzhen Observatory on time or make a phone call in advance, it is forbidden to make another appointment for a visit within one year.

7. Refuse to visit for-profit travel agency groups. Once found, it is forbidden to enter Shenzhen Observatory.

Explanation on Visit to Shenzhen Observatory at Xiyong Beach without Tickets Because Shenzhen Observatory and Xiyong Beach use the entrance and exit of No.4 Beach, and there is no isolation measure between the Observatory and the beach, there are cases where visitors to the Observatory enter the beach without tickets. In order to standardize the visit order, after consultation with Xiyong Co., Ltd., visitors who make an appointment to visit the Observatory need to download the Commitment Letter for Free Visit to Shenzhen Observatory (the appointment interface is visible) and sign it before they can go to the Observatory free of charge through the entrance of Beach 4.

Note: The letter of commitment should be signed on the day of the visit and submitted to the toll booth No.4 in Xiyong Bathroom.

Special instructions:

1. Shenzhen Xiyong Beach is currently closed (affected by the previous typhoon Mangosteen). It is expected to open on May 1 day.

2. After the opening of Xiyong Beach: After visiting Shenzhen Observatory, if you want to enter Xiyong Beach again, you should buy a ticket at the entrance of the beach.
