Snow fox desktop wizard tutorial

When running the Snow Fox Desktop Wizard for the first time, only a digital clock and a small window displaying the weather are displayed on the desktop, in which the weather window displays the weather in Beijing by default. You need to set up a network weather server and enter the name of your city to display the weather correctly.

Let's teach you how to set up the Snow Fox Desktop Wizard and create your own personalized desktop.

After starting the program, an icon will be generated in the system tray area. Move the mouse to the icon, and the bubbles shown below will be removed, showing all the common information collected by the Snow Fox Desktop Wizard.

Right-click the icon, and a menu list as shown in the figure will pop up. Through this right-click menu, we can see that there are still many functional options of the Snow Fox Desktop Wizard, but it is very simple. I believe anyone who knows a little about computers can use it easily.

First of all, for the weather window displayed by default, because the weather in Beijing is displayed by default, let's lead everyone to set it as the weather display of their own place, and select the option of "Network Weather and City Settings" in the right-click menu. In the pop-up options window, we can customize the network weather server and city. We can see that there are many network weather servers to choose from. The default choice is "weather plug-in", but the display effect of this default plug-in is not ideal. I suggest you choose. For the input of city names, we tried it and found that the weather forecast of "Central Meteorological Observatory" can support the query of cities above the county level, which means that the cities that can be queried can be specific to a county-level city, which is enough to meet the diversified weather query needs of users. Note: The query range and accuracy of each weather server are different.

As shown in the figure, select "Central Meteorological Observatory" as the network weather server, enter "Nanjing" as the query city, and click "OK".

Let's teach you how to choose to display your favorite function window on the desktop. It's actually quite simple. Right-click the icon in the system tray area and select Skin List from the right-click menu. As shown in the figure, you can see that the Snow Fox Desktop Wizard provides many skin lists, including weather, clocks, calendars and many other gadgets, and each gadget provides a variety of skins to choose from.

You can choose your favorite skin to create your own desktop according to your personal preferences, so I won't go into details here. The following figure shows the selected appearance combination.

In addition, double-click the icon in the system tray area directly to open the main program of the Snow Fox Desktop Wizard, and we can also set all functions through the main program window. For example, we select the first function button in the left navigation bar, namely "Skin List", as shown in the figure, where we can add, delete or copy skins.

Through the system settings window, we can customize the main window tab, basic settings, login settings, network settings, city weather settings, custom week, task reminder, time setting, other settings and skin window settings of the program. The following figure is the basic setting options window, where we can customize the startup options of the program and the prompt information when the mouse moves to the system tray, so as to realize personalized programs.

Knot:

Snow Fox Desktop Wizard is a very good desktop assistant tool, which provides a variety of rich and practical functions, and each function provides multiple sets of skins to choose from, thus helping users to create their own personalized desktops.
