Weather plume wind

Each horizontal direction indicates a wind of 4m/s, that is, two levels, and each half horizontal direction is a wind of 2m/s, that is, level 1, so the wind of level 7 should be level 3 and a half.

In the weather forecast, the wind direction is indicated by eight directions. The short straight line and small triangle above represent the wind speed and are perpendicular to the left side of the wind pole. Relatively long short straight lines are long strokes, and each long stroke represents the wind of 4m/s, which is the secondary wind in our forecast. The short stroke is about half of the long stroke, representing the wind of 2m/s, that is, the first-class wind. Each pennant represents a wind of 20 meters per second, which is equivalent to 8-9.
