China Central Television Integrated Channel

CCTV-1 (China Central Television Integrated Channel) was officially launched on September 2, 1958, covering the whole country through satellites such as Zhongxing 6B, Xinnuo III, Asia-Pacific 6 and Zhongxing 9. It is the earliest and most influential integrated channel launched by China Central Television. As the mouthpiece of the party and the government, CCTV-1 plays an extremely important role in the propaganda work of the party, and undertakes the important mission of publicizing the party's principles and policies, guiding public opinion and spreading advanced socialist culture.
