From 08: 00 to 12 on July 5, heavy rains occurred in some counties and cities of Jiyuan, Anyang, Hebi, Nanyang, Zhumadian, Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo and Pingdingshan, among which heavy rains occurred in some counties and cities of Zhoukou, Jiyuan, Anyang and Hebi.

It is estimated that from July 5 13 to July 6 at 08: 00, the Yellow River will be north, Nanyang will be east, Xinyang, Zhumadian, Zhoukou, Luohe, Xuchang and Pingdingshan will be west, Luoyang will be east, Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Shangqiu will be east and southwest, Nanyang will be east, Zhumadian will be west, Pingdingshan will be east, Zhoukou, Luohe will be east, and Kaifeng, Shangqiu, Jiaozuo and Jiyuan will be west.
