A composition describing clouds: the shadow of clouds

Editor's note: Clouds, changing and fluttering in the sky, bring a shadow, cover up the exposure of cool days and bring a moment of coolness.

I was born in Inner Mongolia and grew up on the grassland. During my study, I often use my summer vacation to work as a herdsman. Drive the sheep out of the sheepfold, go to the pasture, disperse the sheep and let them graze on the grass slope. Spread the rain felt on the grass and lie down and stare at the blue sky. High in the sky, the eagle spreads its wings without stirring, just like hanging a kite, hovering in an area all the time. I envy the eagle very much. I often turn myself into an eagle and feel the feeling of flapping my wings in the blue sky, overlooking the earth and flying freely.

The clouds in the sky are changing. In different weather, the shape and style of clouds are different. Sometimes there are clouds in Wan Li, sometimes there are cirrus clouds, sometimes there are thick clouds, and sometimes there are clear skies in Wan Li. I like cumulus clouds best. They floated from the other side of the sky, sparse or dense, big or small, like an array of troops, mighty and firm, steady and elegant, with uniform pace and even speed, and floated to the other side of the sky. The whole sky is evenly covered with white cumulus clouds; Pearly sheep are scattered on the vast green grassland. Blue sky and green grass set each other off; Cumulus clouds are mirror images; Heaven and earth are integrated, indivisible, harmonious and magnificent.

Every cumulus cloud is different. They are high and changeable, and often arouse people's reverie. The cloud came, bringing a shadow, covering the exposure of cold days and bringing a moment of coolness. The cloud floated away, took its shadow, exposed the sun, and immediately sprinkled warmth on the body. The fluttering of clouds brings people the alternation of coolness and warmth, which is very refreshing. People lying on the grass or walking on the ground can see clouds fluttering. When the shadow walks slowly, children can chase it and then get into the shadow to enjoy the cool; Then he jumped out of the shadow and bathed in the sun.

I often don't know which cloud is thick and where the rain comes from. Rain curtain hung under the cloud, floating silently, as soft as a brush, washing the grassland. Behind the cloud, the grassland it passes through becomes green and tender! If it is in the morning or afternoon, the sun shines obliquely and a rainbow suddenly rises in the rain and fog. This rainbow is also very bright, changing her posture with different angles and the removal of clouds: or the one on the left grows out of the grassland, rises upward and rides on the clouds; Or the right node, pull out from the clouds, slide down and insert it in the grassland; It's still in the middle, with no landing at both ends and falling with the clouds.

Beautiful, grassland! Strong, blue sky! These scenes are all gifts from Tengger to the grassland! Grassland people often regard it as normal!

Enter middle age, leave the grassland and go to work in megacities in the mainland. On a weekend in early summer, the unit organized an outing to enjoy the beautiful lakes and mountains on a reservoir dam in the mountainous area of JD.COM. The lake is sparkling and the mountains are green. In the distant mountains, there is a mountain with a different color from its surroundings, dark green. After a while, the young man exclaimed:

? Look, what is that? It's a big piece, black, climb to the top of the mountain! It was in the ditch just now. ?

I looked at it, but it was actually the dark green shadow just now. Just say,? That's the shadow of the cloud! ?

? What? The shadow of the cloud? how

? The cloud is so high, how can there be a shadow?

? The shadow went somewhere else! ?

Everyone didn't believe it and questioned it noisily.

I showed them which cloud shadow it was, and told them to wait patiently and watch the shadow go with the cloud. Later, they said that the biggest gain of this trip was to know that clouds have shadows.

This happened on another occasion, when city people were taken to the grassland for sightseeing. Different people, but the same problem.

It turns out that what we are used to in grassland and pastoral areas is unknown to others, especially to city people who are famous for their knowledge.

No wonder city people don't know that clouds have shadows. In cities, especially modern big cities, people only see a narrow sky with four corners. The shadow cast by clouds on the earth is blocked by many tall buildings, so it is difficult to see clouds and their shadows at the same time, and it is difficult for people to visually connect clouds and their shadows.

It seems that people in the city not only can't tell wheat seedlings from leeks, but also have many things they don't know. In fact, not only city people and country people have different views, but also people living in different areas don't know each other. Farmers in the Central Plains don't understand grassland life, and grassland herders certainly don't understand farming culture. It is a common phenomenon that we don't understand each other.

After I went to work in this metropolis, I tried to get to know the city and integrate into it. But I always remember the mountains, rivers, people and customs in Inner Mongolia. I often compare grasslands, inland areas, cities and pastoral areas in my spare time to find their similarities and differences. On the other hand, after a long time, I found that everything I experienced was a cultural phenomenon, and the ordinary life I experienced was also a civilized process.

Existence determines knowledge. Not only do people in different regions do not know each other, but people in the same region live in different times and know little about each other. For example, they are all from Inner Mongolia, and young people don't know much about harness. With the progress of human society and the development of science, many tools, jobs and lifestyles that we relied on in our past lives have been eliminated and abandoned. For example, herders are now herding sheep, instead of riding horses, riding motorcycles and even driving cars.

Some things, now, are out of date and belong to backward production methods. However, in that era, it reflected the productivity level at that time and represented a fashion. It should be said that it is the imprint of an era, the witness of history and the unique culture of a stage of human society. Recording it now is not for nostalgia, nor for simply remembering the past, but for trying to record the life and culture of that era.

I think that the grassland they have never seen and the rural life they have never experienced are another group of people. Their daily life in a specific period should be shown to another group of people to understand, appreciate and envy.

Forever, the scenery is eternal! Mountain, or that mountain, grassland, or that grassland. With the help of modern means of transportation, modern people can travel to the grassland and appreciate the vastness and magnificence of the grassland! But at that time, the living conditions and living conditions of grassland people were gone! With the footsteps of history, they all disappeared in the grassland sky!
