How to find the weather forecast for a whole month in Beijing?

At present, most cities in China only release the future weather forecast to the public for 1-2 days every day, and only provide special services according to the demand of some professional users for weather forecast for more than 3 days, or describe and prospect the weather trend. Meteorologists explained that the weather forecast for more than three days mainly depends on numerical weather forecast, but numerical weather only forecasts a wide range of weather situation fields. Forecasters must interpret, apply and comprehensively judge the numerical forecast according to the local weather and climate conditions, through accumulated experience in analyzing various weather situations and by means of mathematical statistics. At present, the prediction time limit of numerical models in European Center, Japan, the United States and China can reach 6-7 days. The Hong Kong Observatory released a seven-day weather forecast to the public at the end of 2004.
