2. About the quality of copying classics

All the merits and demerits, your practice is your own achievements and accomplishments. Don't think that copying scriptures is Buddha. This is for the sake of the heart. Buddhism has true Buddhists and false Buddhists. You should learn to distinguish clearly and understand what is Buddha, what is Dharma and what is a monk.

Actually, this aspect is very deep. To make a long story short, even if the merits of believing in Buddhism are wrong, they should not be understood as suffering. After all, all practitioners who enter Buddhism, if their inner Bodhi Tao is not initiated, are still six ordinary people, and even ordinary people may retreat, that is, people who originally believed in Buddhism and later did not believe.

It's okay for you to copy the heart sutra and sing Buddhist songs. I always remember a sentence, "If a hot iron wheel rotates above your head, it won't stop you from losing bodhicitta." Some people even know a lot of kung fu and all kinds of spells, but it doesn't mean that this person is an excellent Buddhist. Master led the door and practiced in everyone. Even if you don't copy the scriptures, there are many Buddhists.

These merits, such as giving people away and wearing Buddha statues, are all you like to do and have merits. Don't listen to some people's nonsense, saying that you can't copy scriptures and wear Buddha statues. You copy scriptures and wear Buddha statues in order to have a good relationship with Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Of course Buddha and Bodhisattva will be happy. Why blame yourself?

If you want to believe in Buddhism, you can continue to do so. In fact, you are just a layman of Buddhism, without enlightenment or chanting. These are all fake kung fu on paper. If you study deeply, you must recite the scriptures and incantations, understand the merits and demerits of each passage and incantations, and study deeply. You may never achieve any Buddhist achievements in your life, and you may fall into evil ways in your next life.

Getting rid of practice is no joke. Ordinary people who don't grasp enlightenment and read Buddha may fall into three ways in the afterlife. Being lazy and not calling yourself a Buddhist is learning to play.

Read the Buddha well, there is no Amitabha in the south.

3. Copy any classic questions.

Copying the classics of pharmacologists, the pharmacist Buddha has such a big wish.

. Re-read the merits of the Tathagata, read this sutra, think about its meaning, and speak it. Whatever you want, everything will come true: longevity, wealth, official position, men and women.

In other words, Guanyin Bodhisattva also has such a big wish.

. Endless meaning, avalokitesvara bodhisattva, such as great power, beneficial to the public. Therefore, all beings should always be mindful. When a woman wants a man and worships avalokitesvara, a wise man is born. If you want a woman, you will have a right daughter and a good appearance, you will live in Derbyshire, and everyone will love you. Endless meaning, avalokitesvara bodhisattva like power.

4. About copying classics: 1. I am still a copying student. First, I practice writing. Second, I pray for the copied scriptures.

Being a vegetarian is voluntary. You don't have to burn incense. It doesn't matter what you listen to.

Any pen and paper will do. If you burn too much, you can recite the Buddha's name and turn it into clean running water.

Master Yin Guang taught us to use a clean pot and put a clean foil ingot under the pot to prevent paper scraps from splashing. Then, we collected the dust, put it in a new cloth bag, and added clean sand, clean stones, clean bricks and so on. , and then sink to the bottom. Sand and gravel are added to prevent paper scraps from floating on the water and being polluted. Excerpted from Yin Guang's Manuscripts.

Pay attention to the merits of copying classics! !

Great palindrome:

I would like to repay all sentient beings in Shifang Dharma circle, all buddhas and bodhisattvas in Shifang III, the three treasures in dragon day and all saints in Galand with this merit. Three times, I have tried my best to get rid of the suffering.

6. Regarding Buddhism, I often copy Buddhist scriptures.

Whether copying classics can calm the mind varies from person to person and cannot be generalized, but some people are calm because of copying classics. Listening to what you said, I can't be calm inside. In fact, you must be obsessed with something. This is repeatedly said in Buddhist scriptures. According to your state, you should be very painful, and it is very gratifying to know the pain. The Buddha talked about eight hardships (suffering from birth, suffering from old age, suffering from illness, suffering from death, complaining about suffering, parting from suffering, not wanting to suffer, and five yin prospering and suffering). Do you think it is among these sufferings? These bitter buddhas are all eliminated by the four truths method, that is, the four truths method is a way to deal with the sufferings in the world, pointing out the causes of suffering, the fruits of suffering, and the methods of liberation (you can visit the four truths method when you have time).

How to get rid of distractions? The most fundamental one is the wrong cognition of all the existing psychological states in the world (the fundamental self is also the false self of the combination of factors). All the money, beauty and power positions we try to grab are not false combinations, but temporary illusions (namely impermanence). In the eyes of ordinary people, all the above are true, and losing or not winning is naturally painful. So let's see how unreal power is. A year ago, Egyptian President Morsi ascended the throne of Egypt's elected president ambitiously, reaching the peak of his power. I think at that time, both the people and himself felt that they had gained power and realized their dreams, but what about a year later? With the intensification of social contradictions and the serious decline of support rate, the democratically elected president suddenly stepped down under the intervention of the military during a demonstration of one million people. There are certain conditions for the acquisition and elimination of this power, which is called karma in Buddhism, which is often called impermanence in Buddhism, and karma produces impermanence. If Mursi really understood all this, he would not be in a hurry to get angry, and he would try his best to strive for a happy life for many people when he came to power a year ago. In this way, the illusory power in his hands may be much more meaningful. Look at the situation from heaven to hell. You shouldn't have more misfortune than him, so be happy.

Another thing to say is that each of us has the persistence of self-nature, and in Buddhism, self-nature is also an illusory illusion (impermanence). The first thing to see is that I am not sure. From atoms to cells to consciousness, nothing is constant. Atoms can't stay in the human body all the time, and neither can cells. There are many cells in the human body, and their life cycles are different, and some cells are very short. For example, the epithelial cell renewal cycle of small intestine is about 3-6 days; The life span of gastric fundus gland cervical mucus cells is about 65438 0 weeks, but the life span of main cells and parietal cells is as long as 200 days. Among blood cells, the life span of red blood cells is 120 days, while that of white blood cells is only a few days. The average renewal time of normal epidermal cells is 28 days. As for consciousness, I don't think you will always think about one thing, even if you only think about one thing, it is not fixed at a certain point of one thing, otherwise you won't feel bored. This is why this river is often used to describe life in Buddhism. The river seems to have never moved, but when it reaches the international river, it will never be the same again. A second ago and a second later, it is completely different.

7. About copying Buddhist scriptures

Taboo, nothing in theory! ! Just don't put the scriptures in dark, damp or unclean places, but try to put them in high, clean and bright places! ! Wash your hands, wash your face, brush your teeth or rinse your mouth before copying, then bow down three times to show your respect for saints and teachers such as Buddha and Bodhisattva, and then recite the mantra of cleaning your mouth and body! ! Then you can make a wish before (or after) copying. For example, disciple XXX or a good man XXX makes a wish here. May all saints such as Buddha and Bodhisattva bless his disciples, and his disciples ask all beings to get rid of their sufferings as soon as possible and get rid of the sufferings of the paradise in the West (first make a big wish for all beings, and then make a small wish for your mother)! Then you can read "Kai Jing", and then you can copy it. You can copy it when there is no Amitabha (Mona-Tomi Buddha) in the south. After copying, you can read the truth, read the perfect truth, and then return to all sentient beings (great wishes), then return to the mother, and finally worship three times.

Put the scriptures back in a high and clean place, and the day will be over. In fact, it is really unparalleled to let your mother concentrate on Amitabha Nanwu when she is not doing anything else. My ability is insufficient, there may be omissions or misunderstandings, please don't take it amiss! ! I wish my brother and mother a speedy recovery. There is no Amitabha in South China.

8. If you copy the scriptures, is it better to copy the same scripture several times in a row, or to copy several different scriptures?

It is good to get in touch with some Buddhist teachings, such as some classics and essences, such as Shurangama Sutra at the top of Buddha, Prajna Ode, Prajna Sutra at the top of Buddha, Prajna Paramita Sutra at King Kong, all Buddhist scriptures (Amitabha Sutra), Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes, Great Compassion Mantra, Prajna Sutra, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, Hua Yan Sutra of Generous Buddha, and Bodhisattva's wishes. Now you don't have to worry about how much to copy and which classics to copy. Some people benefit from receiving only one scripture in their life, and some people are exposed to many classics in their life, so don't be forced to do what you want. At the beginning of learning Buddhism, you can adopt the method of Guanyin Bodhisattva (smell it, think about it, practice it), and then go deeper after you understand it, such as specializing in pure land (the general trend is bodhisattva chanting Buddha) or mentioning some methods you like.

If you want to copy scriptures or make a wish, you must fulfill your promise. When copying classics, you must be respectful and clean (here refers to a clean heart, a heart that thinks nothing) and do what you can. Respect, interest, purity and merit.

Praise the merits of the elder brother with joy.

Nanwu Guanyin Bodhisattva
