How does Apple set the weather forecast to the desktop?

If your cell phone didn't escape. It is impossible to set up a special meteorological column. But you can add the weather forecast in the notice column. Settings-General-Privacy-Location Services-Turn on Location Services and Weather-Go back to the desktop and click Weather.
