Yuxian Jinhekou Forest Park is located at the foot of Xiaowutai Mountain, the first peak in Hebei Province, with an area of 330,000 mu. It is the only virgin forest around Beijing.

Its geographical location is114 50'-165438+0515' east longitude, 39 40'-40 10' north latitude, 40 kilometers wide from east to west and 45 kilometers long from north to south. Xiaowutai Mountain was formed in the Mesozoic Yanshan Movement. Its highest peak, Dongtai, is 2882 meters above sea level, with steep peaks. The climate of Xiaowutai Mountain belongs to the continental monsoon region of warm temperate zone. Xiaowutai Mountain is connected, with a width of 12km and a length of 12.5km. It is magnificent and changing rapidly. Due to the influence of mountains, it has the characteristics of northern mountains in climate. In a year, the temperature difference is large, the precipitation is concentrated, the wind is strong, it is cold, the freezing time is long, and the frost-free period is short. Xiaowutai Mountain area is rich in water resources, with streams and rivers in the main valleys. The five main peaks become a natural watershed. Water from the north and west flows into the Yanghe River. The water from the South Station and the Central Station flows into the Hu River. The water from Dongtai is injected into Juma River.

2. Jinhekou:

At the northern foot of Xiaowutai Mountain, there is a strange and magnificent canyon, which is Jinhekou Canyon. Because the rocks at the bottom of the river are golden yellow, they are golden yellow against the clear running water, so they are called "Golden River".

In the valley of Jinhekou, the mountains are steep, the rocks are all over the valley, the streams are gurgling, and there are natural landscapes such as "Pearl Spring", "Crescent Lake" and "Five Waterfalls", which gives people a feeling of returning to nature.

Climbing the peaks on both sides of the strait, you can see the complete Zhao Great Wall in the Warring States Period, and the looming "Jinhe Ten Temple", "Dawn on Mount Tai" and "Jinhe on a Clear Moon" among the mountains are the most spectacular. In the morning, when I boarded Dongtai, all the other peaks in the sky looked short. A red sun emerges from the sea of clouds, with mountains and clouds, bathed in thousands of sunsets, and the mountains and forests are dyed, which is better than the sunrise on Mount Tai. Jinhekou Forest Park is an animal and plant kingdom and an important nature reserve in Hebei Province. More than 1320 kinds of plants grow in the untouched virgin forest on both sides of the canyon. Trees include larch, Chinese pine, spruce, fir, pentagram, Sophora japonica, cypress and other shrubs; Flowers include peony, peony, rose, lily, chrysanthemum and so on. Whenever the weather is warm, all kinds of flowers are in full bloom and fragrant. Fungi and precious medicinal materials are everywhere, such as yellow flowers, Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Artemisia, Zhu Qin, Poria and Gastrodia elata. 3. Subjective analysis:

Xiaowutai Mountain is dangerous in winter. There shouldn't be too many people. Too many people have no place to camp. To be fully prepared, the microclimate of Xiaowutai Mountain is obvious. We experienced two days of sunny, foggy and rainy weather repeatedly in the mountains.

Xiaowutai Mountain is steep and lacks camping places. The larger camps are: more than 20 camps in Dongtai Xia2200, 8 in Sanchaling, more than 20 in Xitai 10, Middle Taiwan 10, Baihua Saddle 10, Tall fescue Saddle 10 and South Taiwan Saddle.

There are three camps in the Golden Valley:

A, third-order camp, 20. High, medium and low three-step type, with water, the flattest. But unless FB, it is of little use value.

B, toad mouth camp, 10. There is a rock like a toad's mouth on the roadside, which emits hot air in winter. On the hillside, not very flat, by the water. Crossing the river is the fork of Northeast Taiwan and Jinheyakou.

C, Xiangyang Cliff Camp, with 10 roof. There are stone cliffs facing south, sheltered from the wind and sunny. This is the last camp of the northeast platform, a sporadic camp. Before going to Xiaowutai Mountain, it is best to find out whether the camp was copied by others and prepare a backup camp. The route from Jingu to the peak is long and the road is not easy. The transverse slope is steep, so pay attention to safety. People who fall may be injured, not to mention losing at least 200 meters.

3. In winter, Xiaowutai Mountain and Siguniang Mountain are as bad as Erfeng Mountain 10. The temperature of MINUS 20 degrees will teach you a lot. The temperature scale of sleeping bags is basically European and American. China people are afraid of cold, especially northerners. Let's lower the temperature by 8 degrees to prepare.

If you want to drink liquid water, you must bring a thermos bottle. The water in the polar fleece will also form ice cubes, that is, thermos pots, and those with inner covers, because the water is accidentally placed on the outer cover, and the hot water freezes faster.

5. The tent is directly tied to the snow, which requires a better moistureproof pad. If the heat of body temperature melts the snow under the tent through the moisture-proof mat, it doesn't mean that the body temperature is high, but the moisture-proof mat brings misfortune. The heat will be consumed quickly, and the colder you sleep, the more you may get stuck when you close the tent the next day.

6, flashlight headlights need a good new battery, perhaps, this lighting tool will not work when it reaches MINUS 20 degrees. You will be like a new blind man, knowing nothing.
