Can canned yellow peaches be eaten by heating?

Canned yellow peaches can generally be eaten by heating in winter, and usually have no adverse effects on health.

But the heating time should not be too long as possible, so as not to cause the nutrients inside to be destroyed. Canned yellow peach is a common food, mainly made of fresh yellow peach. Sweet, sour and delicious, appropriate consumption can stimulate appetite.

Because of the cold weather in winter, canned peaches can be heated properly to avoid the stimulation of cold. However, it should be noted that the heating time should not be too long and the temperature should not be too high, otherwise some nutrients contained in canned yellow peaches may be destroyed.

Note: According to the definition of canned food in the national food safety standard (GB 7098-2015), canned food is a kind of aseptic canned food made from fruits, vegetables, edible fungi, livestock and poultry meat and aquatic animals through processing, filling, sealing and heating sterilization.

Therefore, to measure whether a product is canned or not depends on the manufacturing process of the product. The production of canned food must conform to two points. First, food must be sealed in an airtight container to prevent the product from being contaminated again after sterilization. Second, food must be heated at a certain temperature for a period of time to make the product meet the requirements of commercial sterility.

According to the above principle, our daily common condiments, such as tofu, lunch meat cooked in hot pot, tomato sauce and high-temperature sterilized fruit and vegetable juice, are all canned.
