In order to create a united, friendly and enterprising new dormitory 521, all members of our dormitory have formulated the following regulations in the spirit of freedom and democracy:

1. Hygiene:

Cleaning will take turns from bed 1 to bed 4. Each person is on duty for one week. Cleaning items: sweeping, mopping, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, and cleaning the balcony. Cleaning is done on the last weekend of every month.

Members must consciously keep their desks and shop floors clean and tidy, and conduct irregular inspections. Those who are messy and untidy will be recorded as violating the rules.

2. Work and rest:

From Sunday to Thursday, 13:30-14:30 is lunch break every day. If someone is taking a rest, they should consciously lower the volume; 23::30 After that, dormitory members should consciously lower the volume of the speakers and turn off the lights in accordance with the school's requirements. Everyone must go to bed before 00:30. Friday and Saturday nights can be arranged freely, with no hard and fast rules. Be sure to check that the door is closed at the end of the night.

3. Electricity usage rules:

Members should consciously save electricity and turn off the power at any time when not in use. After using the bathroom, turn off the fan and lights immediately after taking a bath.

In principle, fluorescent lamps are not allowed to be used between 8:00 and 17:00, except in special circumstances such as rainy weather.

The computer should not be left on standby for more than 90 minutes. The computer host, monitor, speakers, etc. should all be turned off before going to bed.

Pay attention to electrical safety and do not connect the power supply indiscriminately. All charging equipment should be used under supervision and should be removed as soon as possible after use.

4. Finance:

Member *** will share the expenses equally for the same consumption. If any member advances more than 20 yuan in advance, other members must make up the repayment within three days.

5. Punitive measures:

At the end of each month, the dormitory leader will summarize the implementation of dormitory rules and publish disciplinary records.

Violators will be recorded as having violated the rules once, and if they have violated the rules three times in total, all members of the house will be treated to a late-night snack once. In order to carry forward the traditional virtue of frugality, each late-night snack must not exceed 100 yuan. Violators will be fined again.

6. Special circumstances:

If there are special circumstances that make it impossible to implement the above provisions, a prior or subsequent explanation is required. Penalties may be waived if unanimously discussed and approved by the National People's Congress. or as appropriate.

7. These regulations will take effect from March 12, 2007.

This dormitory rule was unanimously discussed and approved by the People's Congress of the whole dormitory. This is the foundation for striving to become a global model dormitory. All members are expected to consciously abide by it.
