Yang Jingyu's heroic story

1932, Yang Jingyu established the Nanman Guerrilla of the 32nd Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army in the northeast, engaged in the anti-Japanese movement based on Hongshilazi in Qingshi County, and served as the commander and political commissar of the Northeast People's Revolutionary Army 1 Army 1 Independent Division Commander, 1 Army Commander and Political Commissar,1Army Commander and Political Commissar. Yang Jingyu waged a fierce struggle with the Japanese and puppet troops at the foot of Changbai Mountain in the ice and snow, and adopted the tactics of "dividing the enemy into two groups, retreating while taking advantage of the enemy's weakness" in accordance with the principles of "don't fight if you don't hit the enemy's vital points" and "don't fight if it hurts the local people", and soon established Mengjiang (now Jingyu County, Jilin Province), Naerhong and Jinchuan (now).

Seeing the growing anti-United front, the Japanese army was very scared. 1938 in the second half of the year, we mobilized heavy troops to "encircle and suppress" the United front, and offered a reward of 10,000 yuan for Yang Jingyu's head. 1940 in the first 50 days, Yang Jingyu led the anti-United fighters to fight with the Japanese army for more than 40 times. Under the crazy "encirclement and suppression" of the Japanese army, the Anti-Union was in trouble and almost ran out of ammunition. Soldiers had to eat grass roots and bark, and even took out cotton wool from their clothes to swallow. The Japanese army tried every means to induce it to surrender, but Yang Jingyu firmly said: "For the liberation of the Chinese nation, we will not hesitate to throw away our heads. We can spray blood, but our loyal will is unshakable."
