Li Bai's Historical Story
One of Li Bai's stories
Li Bai's growth story Li Bai, a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty, did not like reading when he was a child. He often plays truant and wanders in the street.
One day, regardless of whether he went to school or not, Li Bai wandered in the street, looked around and unconsciously came to the river.
Warm sunshine, cheerful birds and flowers swaying with the wind made Li Bai sigh: "How boring it is to stay at home all day in such good weather!" " "Walking, Li Bai saw a white-haired grandmother sitting on a big stone, and she was absorbed in grinding an iron bar. Li Bai went over curiously and asked, "Grandma, what are you doing?" "I want to grind this iron bar into an embroidery needle." Grandma raised her head, smiled kindly at Li Bai, and lowered her head to continue grinding.
"Embroidered needle?" Li Bai asked again, "Is it an embroidery needle for sewing clothes?" "Of course!" "But the iron bar is so thick, when can it be ground into a needle?" Grandma asked Li Bai, "A drop of water wears away a stone, but a fool moves mountains. Why can't iron bars be ground into needles? " "But you are so old." "As long as I work harder than others, there is nothing I can't do." Li Bai was ashamed of his grandmother's words, so after he came back, he never played truant, studied hard and finally became a famous poet.
This story tells us that success requires patience and perseverance.
Li Bai's Story 2: Sentences about Dreams
Li Baiyou Xanadu
As early as the Tang Dynasty, China was full of unknown Xanadu.
On one occasion, Li Bai was alone by the river, drinking and reciting poems. Suddenly, a big wave swept him into an underwater cave. If Li Bai had to go upstream, he would have to walk a long way to get ashore, so he chose to swim in the cave. After a while, I came to an air chamber with a passage leading to land. At first, the passage was so narrow that people could only pass through it.
Li Bai went to Xanadu, took dozens of steps forward, and was suddenly enlightened. What Li Bai saw was a harmonious rural scenery, but the only fly in the ointment was that the technology there was very backward and the house was very simple. Li Bai walked around the village, took a look, and found his friends who he had rarely seen before there. Li Bai stepped forward to talk to him.
It turned out that all the people there fled to take refuge there at the beginning of the war, and they lived and multiplied there. It turned out to be a wasteland, where people moved several unknown hills to build them.
At the invitation of a friend, Li Bai sat down in a nearby teahouse, drinking tea, eating snacks and chatting. After drinking wine and eating vegetables, Li Bai suddenly froze, which is delicious on earth. This kind of dim sum and wine can only be seen in the palace, but only in the teahouse. They went for a walk in the street. Li Baidong looked round and round, but he couldn't buy it. The money in this place is different from that in the Tang Dynasty. That friend bought him a pen and paper. Li Bai laid the paper flat on the steps of a family and wrote: In an unknown land, there is a paradise. There are delicious food here and simple people here. I love this place. Everyone gathered around to watch. Li Bai later wrote poems, and Li Bai wrote many poems there. The whole city knows that people outside this mountain worship and admire him, but Li Bai is leaving, otherwise people outside will miss him.
Li Bai went out of the small hole and punted to the shore to go home, but his heart was still in a paradise.
Li Bai's story three
Li Bai's walk
Li Bai wandered all his life, and almost traveled all over the famous mountains and rivers, leaving people with an elegant and free-spirited image as a walker. During his travels, Li Bai showed his personal preference for a little-known Tianmu Mountain in eastern Zhejiang. He not only expressed his admiration in his early years, but also wrote a poem "Sleepwalking" when he encountered a major turning point in his life in middle age. Why does Li Bai yearn for Tianmu Mountain so much? What mountain is this? When wine enters the intestines, seven of them are divided into moonlight, and the remaining three are divided into firm but gentle and spit on half of the embroidered mouth in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
Every time Li Bai takes a walk, I can't help but feel a stream of heat coming to my heart when I read these two poems in Looking for Li Bai by Mr. Yu Guangzhong. The image of fallen immortals, drinking the bright moon alone and wearing swords, seems to have crossed the tunnel of time and came to me from the late Tang Dynasty. His skirt fluttered, and the smell of wine in his hand made his nose runny, but his face was written with complex and vague expressions, lofty, complacent, sad, detached ... pretentious and arrogant, admirable but close ... I really don't know what words to use to sum up the poet's unique temperament.
Yes, more than a thousand years have passed. Who can clearly analyze the word "Li Bai"?
Li Bai wandered all his life. In the fashionable words at present, he has been "walking" all his life. However, the traces of his walking are erratic, and his walking mentality is mixed. It seems that even he himself can't tell where the end of his road is. Reading Li Bai's poems at the moment, I often fantasize in my mind: Are these landscapes that make him talented and full of emotion really so magical? When my footsteps coincide with his footprints, can we produce some kind of * * * sound in a thousand years?
Approaching Tianmu Mountain
Everyone who has studied in senior high school knows Li Bai's poem "Climbing Mount Tianmu in a Dream". "A sailing tourist will talk about Japan, whose water and fog are hidden in inaccessible places. But the more people talk about Tianmu Mountain, the deeper the clouds are ... "This mountain called Tianmu Mountain is famous for Li Bai's sleepwalking, which makes people feel like a dream. Few people know that Tianmu Mountain, located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is one of the most economically active areas in China. Compared with many famous mountains crowded with tourists, Tianmu Mountain does seem a bit lonely.
Banzhu Village is a small village in Xinchang County under the jurisdiction of Shaoxing City. There are also many old houses in the village, with wooden structures and gray tile mud walls. Small villages like this seem to be common in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. There is a path through the village, and no motor vehicle can pass through it. But if you walk on it and look on both sides, you will find that there are ruins of commercial ports on both sides. The villagers enthusiastically guided us, and later pointed to a house and said, "Look, this used to be a rice shop!" " "Then, pointing to a two-story building, he said," This is the old inn where Xu Xiake lived! "Xu Xiake, oh, that seems unusual.
Banzhu Village is a very old village and an unusual village. It is unusual because of its unique geographical location. Banzhu Village was built by Taoism, and the path running through the village is actually a thousand-year-old post road. This ancient post road is the main road connecting Tiantai and Gushi County, and Banzhu Village is right in the middle of the two places. On this day, the county magistrate of Shan County was in Shengzhou. Shengzhou and Xinchang counties were established in the late Tang Dynasty. In ancient times, they traveled to Tiantai and Shanxian, and just halfway to Banzhu Village, they stopped to have a rest. So Ben zhu cun was far more prosperous in ancient times than it is now. The local old man said that when Ban zhu cun was prosperous, it was also a gathering of three religions and nine streams, and the Goulan tiles were complete, just like a small county. Until the 1970s, after the national highway was built, people who came and went no longer walked around the village.
This village has another advantage: it is at the foot of Tianmu Mountain. If Li Bai climbs Tianmu Mountain, there is no doubt that he must pass there.
Poet complex
Tianmu Mountain is not a mountain, but a mountain, and its highest peak has a very loud name-"the tip of the cloud". Even if the traffic is developed at present, it is still a challenge to climb the highest peak of Tianmu Mountain. Jiangnan is no stranger to mountains, but Tianmu Mountain is towering and imposing. If you stop in the morning and look far away, the top of Tianmu Mountain is shrouded in clouds, which is really like the dream written in Li Bai's poems.
Li Bai loves to travel around the mountains all his life. From Doutuan Mountain at the age of 15 to his third visit to Lushan Mountain at the age of 60, he can almost read all the famous mountains in the world. But he seems to have a special preference for Tianmu Mountain.
Li Bai sang about Tianmu Mountain twice before in his poems. The first time was when he was in his twenties. In two years, he created "Jingmen Qiubie Middle Storage". At that time, Li Bai had just left Kuimen of the Three Gorges. In a previous poem, he wrote: "This trip is not for bass, but for famous mountains." Proved his desire to travel around Shan County. In the second poem, he listed his itinerary more clearly and explained that he took the waterway-"Excuse me, take the middle road, the southeast refers to the countryside." The boat goes south from Yangzhou, and the long flowing water leads to Quidditch. The water is clear. Under the shade of green bamboo, the water is as clear as a mirror, reflecting the reflection of lotus flowers and emitting bursts of fragrance. Say goodbye to Tianmu, brush the stone and lie in the autumn frost. "
In Li Bai's poems, it is obvious that he wrote about Zhongshan and Tianmu Mountain, so did he really realize his wish later? There is no direct evidence in poetry. Yu Xianhao, a famous scholar in the Tang Dynasty, inferred from Li Bai's other poems that Li Bai set out from Guangling to Huiji. In the Tang Dynasty, Huiji District was relatively shallow, and the seawater often flowed back. The most convenient way to get to that village is by water. At present, the ecological protection in the middle and upper reaches of Shanxi River is good, and some places can also take bamboo rafts for rafting. The river is clear and flat like a mirror. Although lotus flowers are rarely seen, the bamboos on both sides of the river basically conform to the description in Li Bai's poems. If you haven't been to Huiji Temple, it's hard to write such a vivid poem just by imagination.
Twenty years later, Li Bai recited Tianmu Mountain for the second time. This time, the poem he wrote was "Tianmu Mountain Ascending to Heaven in a Dream", which was coherent and imaginative. It is also about Tianmu Mountain, but in the past twenty years, Li Bai has changed from a high-spirited young man to a mature man who has experienced the world. The mood of "visiting Tianmu Mountain" has been completely different.
There are many famous mountains in China, and there are many in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Why does Li Bai admire Tianmu Mountain, and today, Tianmu Mountain is still lonely? It is precisely because "the mountain is not high, and there are immortals who make the spirit". Before Li Bai arrived in Tianmu, Huiji at the age of 25, he met a person who influenced his life-Sima Cheng Town.
It turns out that Tianmu Mountain is a fairy mountain.
Before remembering Li Bai, we still have to take the ancient post road of Ban zhu cun. Go to the end of the village and cross a stone bridge, even if you are out of the village. When ordinary people get there, they can't help but look back-it is precisely because a post-market town full of human feelings that can dismount and rest is about to be left behind and the road ahead is long. More than a thousand years ago, a Taoist priest who lived in seclusion in Yu Xiaofeng, Tiantai Mountain, received an imperial edict from Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty and rushed to the capital to understand and summon him. When he walked back to the stone bridge, he could not help sighing and fell off his horse when he saw green mountains, clear water and pastoral smoke. This man is Sima Cheng Zhen. Since then, this stone bridge has been called "Sima Regret Bridge", and the river under the bridge has a very emotional name: Melancholy Creek.
Originally a scholar, Sima Chengzhen became a monk because of his deep admiration for Zhuangzi and Zhuangzi. He did not pay attention to alchemy, but studied religious metaphysics. He lived in seclusion on the rooftop, recruited disciples and became a famous Taoist. After the Tang Emperor came from Guanlong and called himself Li Er, the royal family strongly advocated Taoism. Both Wu Zetian and Zong Rui summoned Sima, but Sima refused to understand his official position and still returned to Tiantai Mountain. Xuanzong summoned again this time, and he is going out again.
In the 13th year of Kaiyuan, 25-year-old Li Bai met Sima Cheng, who was in his 80s, in Jiangling. Of course, we don't know the details of this meeting, but Li Bai then wrote the poem "Dapeng meets a bird", which shows that he is very excited. In his later years, he recalled this incident and said, "I met Sima Weizi in Jiangling yesterday and told him that I have a sage-like style and can wander with the immortals." Li Bai was deeply encouraged by the teachings of Sima Daochang, and he naturally wanted to see his seclusion in Sima Cheng Town. However, why is the destination in the poem not Tiantai but Tianmu?
According to the historical record "Wu Hou Lu", "There is Tianmu Mountain in a single county, and the cloud bearer hears the sound of Tianmu Mountain ballads." According to the research of Zhu Yuebing, a scholar in Xinchang, "Tianmu" is the legendary Queen Mother, who is one of the immortals in charge of fairy household registration in Taoism. Xie Lingyun, who is also admired by Li Bai, once wrote in a poem: "Staying at midnight is paradise." Li Bai, deeply influenced by the Taoist thought of seeking immortals, will certainly follow the example of his predecessors and visit Tianmu Mountain, the nearest place to the immortals.
Walking life
Li Bai wandered all his life. According to his poems, we can trace his footprints and outline his whereabouts in more than half of China.
Li Bai can't leave Sichuan until he is 25 years old. During this period, Li Bai didn't write many poems, but we probably know that his family is quite rich. After that, Li Bai bid farewell to his relatives and traveled far away. This "tour" was 16. From Jiangling in Hubei and Cangwu in Guangxi to Zhongshan in Zhejiang and Taiyuan in Shanxi, half of the southeast has left his footprints. Why does Li Bai take so long to travel in such a vast place? It is related to his lofty aspirations cultivated since childhood and his Taoist thoughts of longing for nature and seeking longevity. We say that Li Bai is a great poet, but in fact Li Bai himself doesn't want to be a poet. When Li Bai was young, he defined his future like this: "Shen's talk is the skill of seeking the emperor." So he didn't take the road of getting an official position through the exam at all, and he didn't take the ordinary official position seriously. He chose the "straight road", that is, he traveled all over the world famous mountains, made friends with heroes, made a name for himself as a "celebrity in the mountains", and then became the emperor's confidant minister in one fell swoop to realize his ideal of serving the country-isn't Sima Cheng Town a good example?
Finally, Li Bai was recommended to Beijing by Wu Yun, a reclusive Taoist friend. At this time, he was 42 years old.
In Beijing, Li Bai got a vain job of "offering sacrifices to imperial academy". He was very conceited and dreamed of making great achievements, but he soon found that he was only regarded as a scholar who waited on banquets and wrote poems. Li Bai left the story of "Gao Lishi took off his boots" and "Yang Guifei grinded ink" in Chang 'an with his personality, and was later kicked out of the capital with dignity by "giving gold back to the mountain".
Li Bai stayed in Beijing for less than three years and once again embarked on a journey of life with frustration and indignation. This "tour" is ten years.
Different from his first trip in life, Li Bai was in high spirits at that time, but now he has fallen from the official life in Beijing to the bottom of society. The loneliness in Li Bai's heart and the poverty in his life can be imagined. Especially in the first three years after leaving Chang 'an, Li Bai was extremely down and out. Apart from making friends with Du Fu and Gao Shi, life is basically gloomy and gray. Li Bai understood the strict religious ceremonies in Shandong and became a real Taoist. However, according to Taiping Guangji, during this period, Li Bai was still in the restaurant "feasting with his comrades in the sun and rarely waking up". After a serious illness, Li Bai wrote the famous Dream of Climbing Mount Tianmu before leaving for the South.
Unyielding declaration
"A sailing tourist will talk about Japan, which is hidden in water and fog and inaccessible. However, when the Vietnamese talk about Tianmu Mountain, they can still see it through clouds of different depths. On a straight line leading to heaven, its peak enters heaven, topped with five sacred peaks, and casts a shadow across China. The mountain range of Paradise Terrace is 100 mile long, and it is here that it begins to turn to the southeast ... "This poem is called Sleepwalking, and the poet, like a tour guide, advances from imagination to writing, taking the reader from the actual place name to the author's world. There is no secularity in this world, only immortals; There is no repression, only freedom. The poet's emotions were out of control like a flood, until he finally shouted out his distinct attitude: "Oh, how can I bow and scrape to those high-ranking officials whose sincere faces will never be seen!" This is the real Li Bai!
Although it is fictional, from the specific place names mentioned in the poem, such as Tianmu, Chicheng, Tiantai, Jinghu and Tunxi, the poet is very familiar with the geography of eastern Zhejiang, which can be easily obtained only by traveling on the spot. Bai Juyi has a subtle metaphor for the landscape around Xinchang on this day: "The southeast landscape is the first, the surface is the surface, and the vortex is the eyebrow." He feels that the middle of the mountain is like a face in the southeast, and Tianmu and Wozhou are the most vivid and moving places. Li Bai's most likely route is from Tunxi along the waterway to Wozhou, then from Wozhou to Tiantai Mountain Liang Shi Waterfall, and then to Xiaoguo Temple.
Wozhou used to be a famous oasis in the stream, surrounded by green water and beautiful scenery. When the reservoir was built in the last century, some historical sites in Wozhou were submerged, but the water surface of the reservoir was vast, like a piece of jade embedded in mountains. You can still imagine the beautiful scenery of that year. Not far from Wozhou is the Liang Shi Waterfall in Tiantai Mountain, which is also the source of the largest tributary of Shanxi River. Mountain streams pour out from under a natural stone bridge, and green peaks stand on both sides, showing the magic of nature. Since the Tang Dynasty, the waterfalls in Liang Shi have been continuously flowing, which proves that the great poet's elegant demeanor and the changes of years are the must-see places for tourists to visit the rooftop. Dajiu Temple, as an important town of Tiantai Sect of Buddhism, has been a famous holiday resort in Tiantai Mountain since the capital was established in Sui Dynasty.
The scenery in eastern Zhejiang is beautiful and refined, which makes people linger, but in Li Bai's 45-year "walking" career, seeking immortality and visiting Taoism is a red line throughout. It is not only the natural scenery, but also the freedom and eternal lofty realm behind the scenery that attracts Li Bai to visit famous mountains and rivers such as eastern Zhejiang several times.
In 762 AD, 62-year-old Li Bai died. His death is still extraordinary: it is said that Li Bai was drunk and no one was around. In order to catch the moon in the river, he plunged into it and never came out.
A fairy, after completing the cycle of suffering in the world, ended his life in the form of a poet. On this day, we can still find the remains of mountains and rivers in the Tang Dynasty, but we must admit that Li Bai's poems and songs have become a masterpiece.
Li Bai's story four
Li Bai, who despises powerful people.
Li Bai is a talented poet who is bent on doing great things for the country. However, Li Longji, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, only asked him to make Hanlin sacrifices and write poems for the emperor and his concubines. He doesn't want to do this, and often drinks alone.
Li Bai, who despised the powerful, was drunk again that day, and suddenly the guards came to ask him to see the emperor. It turns out that Li Longji and Yang Guifei are enjoying flowers in the garden. They want Li Bai to write some poems to entertain them.
Li Bai saw the clouds of peony set off the beautiful imperial concubine. He wrote the famous Qing Ping Diao with poetic feeling. Li Longji was very happy when he saw it, so he called the court musician Li Guinian to play, played the flute himself, and the ladies-in-waiting sang. One of them said, "Famous flowers pour into the country and appreciate each other. Kings often laugh." Yang Guifei was fascinated, and Gao Lishi and Yang Guozhong tried their best to please the emperor.
Li Bai saw it and felt sick. With the strength of wine, he put his foot in front of Gao Lishi and said, "Come on, take off your boots for me!" " Gao Lishi which received such humiliation? But at the moment, Li Bai is the "red man" in front of Li Longji, and Gao Lishi knows that he is not to be taunted at the moment, so he has to take off two boots.
Li Bai is very happy. He squinted at Yang next to him and kowtowed. He said, "Your Majesty, I heard that Uncle Yang is very good at learning ink. Why don't you let my uncle learn ink, and I'll copy Qingpingdiao again? "
Li Longji didn't even look back and said, "Good!" Yang was so angry that he never dreamed that Li Bai dared to tease himself. But the emperor agreed, and he didn't dare to argue, so he had to submit to humiliation, pretend to smile and study the ink slowly.
Gao Lishi and Yang were so humiliated that they said to Yang Guifei, "There is a saying in Qingpingdiao called' Poor Swallow Leaning on New Makeup', which clearly compares the Queen to Zhao who was born in the Han Dynasty. Zhao Yanfei was finally deposed by Emperor Han Chengdi, which shows that Li Bai has ulterior motives! " Yang Guifei turned pale with anger. So Li Bai was gradually excluded, and Li Bai had long been tired of this boring life and left Chang 'an for Luoyang.
Li Bai once wrote a long poem "Dream on Mount Tianmu", which ended with: "Alas, how can I bow and scrape to those high officials whose sincere faces will never be seen!" Strongly expressed contempt for the powerful.
Li Bai's story five
Sad Li Bai
In 762 AD, Li Bai, who was over 60 years old, was riddled with diseases. He has forgotten the joys and sorrows of the world and just wants to get drunk. He has been drunk too many times in his life, but this is the last time. He vaguely invited the moon in the water, but unfortunately he drowned and fell asleep with the moon in his arms.
Li Bai lived a free and romantic life, and even death was like a poem. But who knows how much unspeakable anger and sadness have accumulated under this glamorous appearance?
Sad Li Bai has liked rangers since he was a teenager. He has written many poems about rangers, and he has great ambitions in his heart. He once called himself "the fifteen wonderful books" and "I am a madman in Chu and sang a crazy song to argue Confucius". At the age of 25, he left his family and traveled far away. "Go out laughing, are we Artemisia people?" He visited countless famous mountains, indulged in landscapes and wrote countless good poems, which made him famous for a while, but his ambition was not here. He adheres to Confucianism, is a serious WTO participant, and is determined to make a difference in politics. He has been waiting for the call of the Emperor in Chang 'an. After all, he has arrived. At the age of 42, he entered Beijing after being introduced by a Taoist priest.
At that time, he felt that he had become a free and unrestrained poet. "Li Baiyou one hundred doujiu poems, he went to sleep in a restaurant in Chang 'an. The son of heaven called instead of boarding the boat, claiming that he was Brewmaster. "This is the best portrayal of him at that time. His composition once made Yang Guifei hold the inkstone and Gao Lishi take off his boots. But it didn't last long. In the third year in Chang 'an, I was forced out of Beijing because I couldn't let go of my personality.
Seeing the darkness of feudal officialdom and the erosion of court life with his own eyes, Li Bai's pursuit of political ideals and his desire to make contributions failed, and his ambition of "helping the poor and the people" was always frustrated. In the perfection of fantasy and the cruelty of reality, he can only bear this huge gap.
This time, Li Bai was really sad.
The sad Li Bai can only "raise a glass to dispel his worries", but what he gets is the result of "sentimentality". He keeps company with wine all day, releasing his inner sadness to the fullest. "What are bells and drums, delicacies and treasures? Let me get drunk forever and never be rational! ""From a pot of wine among the flowers, I drank it alone. No one is with me. Until I raised my cup, I asked the bright moon to bring me my shadow and let the three of us. " "Pure wine is expensive in a golden cup, a pot of 10 thousand copper, and a jade plate is ashamed of 10 thousand yuan." "Singing and getting drunk * * *, dancing and the sunset win glory." ……
After all, he can't let go of his ideals. But the imperial court indulged in debauchery, Li Yang was in power and the officialdom was dark, and he was gone forever. Time flies, but he has accomplished nothing. He can only write such a sad poem as "using the talents of the world without meeting each other"
Li Bai was lucky and was born in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. It's a pity that Li Bai has ambition but nowhere to display it. The unfathomable place of history is that they created Li Bai's sadness, but they also made an immortal poet, a sad Li Bai and a romantic legend.
Li Bai's story six
Li Bai doesn't really have much alcohol.
The usual impression is that ancient poets can drink quite well, and their personality is Li Bai. He said in "Entering Wine" that "Fukashi drinks when entering wine", and Du Fu also said in "Drinking the Eight Immortals Song" that "Li Bai has hundreds of poems". It can be seen that Li Bai loves to drink, but can he really drink a lot? Is it a "fight"?
In fact, Li Bai didn't have a capacity for alcohol, which started with a "fight". At present, no one uses buckets. The buckets we saw before are generally tools for weighing food. A barrel is about 50 Jin of grain. If anyone drinks a barrel of wine, the amount of alcohol is naturally amazing. In ancient times, it was also a bucket to measure wine, but it was different from the modern bucket to weigh food.
"Biography of Ram": "The bear is unfamiliar and the public is angry, so kill it by war." This bucket is a drinking cup. You can pick it up and throw it at people. Its volume is definitely limited. According to Records of Historical Records of Xiang Yu, when Liu Bang escaped from the hongmen banquet, he asked Sean to give Xiang Yu a pair of Bai Bi and Fan Zengyu. This jade bucket is also a wine vessel, which Sean can carry with him, and its volume is not very large.
There is also a kind of wine vessel called Dou, the Big Dipper, which is arranged in the shape of this bucket. This barrel has a long handle and is actually a spoon for holding wine.
"The Book of Songs, Elegant Style, Walking Reed" has "a textual research on praying for the Yellow River". Zhu Note: "The barrel is three feet long." There are three feet in ancient times and two feet today. The big barrel is like this, and the small barrel is definitely smaller. Judging from the unearthed bronze bucket, that is, the size of the spoon at home at present, the capacity of the bucket is also commonly used glass at present. "Historical Records Funny Biography" Qi Weiwang asked Chunyu Kun how much wine he could drink, and Chunyu Kun replied: "You will be drunk if you fight, and you will be drunk if you hit a stone." "You get drunk after a fight", which means it's nothing to drink very little; "One stone drunk" means drinking a lot.
The degree of ancient wine is very low, so it is easy to drink a barrel of wine, which is similar to drinking a glass of beer at the moment. Song Wu in the Water Margin drank 18 bowls on Jingyanggang, which was a bit hanging, but it was an exaggeration of "Yanshan snowflake as big as a seat". If you switch to white wine at this moment, it will be suspended and have no credibility. It will become an exaggeration and failure of "Guangzhou snowflakes are as big as seats".
There is only a record of Li Bai drinking, but there is no record of Li Bai drinking several barrels of wine. It is estimated that Li Bai can't drink much.
Du Fu's "Song of the Eight Immortals by Drinking" said: "Ruyang has ascended to heaven in three fights", "Zhang Xu has three cups of grass sacred" and "Jiao Sui has five fights outstanding", but only "Li Bai has a hundred poems in one fight". Comparatively speaking, three fights are chaotic, five fights are "Fang Zhuoran", and Lao Li "sleeps in a restaurant in Chang 'an" after only one fight. In terms of alcohol consumption, Li Bai is obviously not as good as those.
When Du Fu said that he had "a hundred poems in a barrel", he actually meant that Li Bai could write many poems as long as he drank a barrel of wine. He fell in love with poetry after drinking only one glass of beer. Obviously, alcohol played a role, which just shows that he didn't drink much. Judging from Li Bai's poems, the purpose of his drinking is not to get drunk, let alone how much he drinks, but to express his feelings and vent his anger through wine.
