In order to effectively protect people's health and life safety, the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Command of Xining City decided to carry out full-time nucleic acid testing in the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the detection time

Monday, September 9, 2022 (7: 00- 15: 00)

Second, the detection range

Chengdong District, Chengzhong District, Chengxi District, Chengbei District, Xining (National) Economic and Technological Development Zone (Park), Huangzhong District (including Doba District), Datong County and Huangyuan County are located.

Third, the detection object

All residents of the above areas. Home isolation personnel do not participate in full-time nucleic acid testing.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. Please ask the residents within the jurisdiction who meet the inspection scope to sample at the nearest sampling point according to the notice of their town (street) and village (community) and complete the inspection (door-to-door sampling is implemented in high-risk areas).

2 enterprises and institutions at all levels within the jurisdiction (including resident units) should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, organize and mobilize cadres and workers of this unit to cooperate with the completion of nucleic acid sampling at the nearest nucleic acid testing sampling point.

3. When sampling nucleic acid, please prepare the collection code in advance, wear a mask correctly during the whole collection process, keep a distance of 2 meters from others, and don't talk or gather. Please don't stay after the nucleic acid test.

4. Do not eat or drink within 2 hours before sampling, and do not smoke, drink or chew gum within 30 minutes, so as not to affect the test results; People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours and those who have been cured early will not participate in this round of nucleic acid testing and sampling.

5. Children, the elderly and other special groups need to be accompanied by guardians or family members for nucleic acid sampling. For the elderly and disabled people who can't take part in the on-site sampling due to mobility difficulties, they can contact their village (community) to register well, and arrange medical personnel to take samples at home after verifying the basic situation.

6. Not taking part in nucleic acid testing will bring a lot of influence to your life and health. Those who refuse to cooperate without justifiable reasons, hinder the prevention and control of epidemic situation or cause other serious consequences shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.

7. This test only shows the test results, and no nucleic acid test report is issued. Recently, the rainfall has increased and the weather is getting colder and colder. Please pay attention to cold and warmth when participating in nucleic acid testing. Participate in nucleic acid testing as soon as possible in order to complete the testing.
